BEWARE!!! The staff at the gas pump are friendly enough, but failed to mention an important factor! I thought I had encountered identity theft and had to call my bank! I spent $43.00 on gas and was charged $150.00! Good thing I called my bank first instead of bitch out Pilot's staff for overcharging! If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would! Every time I go into this subway the older lady makes a mess of a sandwich, it falls apart every single time and makes a huge mess of mustard and toppings everywhere. I usually push it to the side and don't complain, today she asked me what was wrong so I decided I would finally explain I was a little frustrated about the sandwich as I never have a problem anywhere else.... I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this woman started hysterically laughing in my face, telling me I was wrong. That's when the younger lady behind her decided to chime in with "oh, whatever". Never have I had such poor customer service, I've worked in the food service industry and would have been let go for this kind of inappropriate behavior. It's unfortunate that this is obviously condoned and looked past. This is the closest lunch option to my job so I frequent here daily. I've been charged double multiple times as well. I'm always kind and never would have said anything if I knew I was going to be mocked by your employees. I will now be driving the extra distance for lunch to avoid such poor customer service. Any other place would take what I said and tried to make the sandwich better, not here. So I will be taking my business to a place that knows the value of customers & good customer service. I hope for everyone else's sake you guys teach your employees better customer service because it is SERIOUSLY LACKING. I got gas and it was a pleasant enough experience. I hate writing really short reviews, but.....what can I say?

Probably the worst Pilot I've ever stayed at. Horrible customer service, over flowing trash cans. Needless to say this Pilot is a disgrace and management should be ashamed or be replaced. I'll stay at the Petro down the road next time, I highly recommend you do too. read more

I never thought of Yelping a gas station, but for what it's worth, this is a great traveler stop. Easy on/off I-5. Plenty of gas pumps and relatively quick service. Price matches others in the area. There are a lot of food choices in the center and fast food nearby. I've used it a few times for showers and they're hot and reasonably priced. I feel safe stopping here and it's always clean. read more

It's a Pilot travel center, they have most everything, this one me have the upgraded showers and bathrooms as most do now, staff is friendly, fresh coffee, has both fuel for truckers and gasoline for cars, what more can I say. read more

It's a truck stop, clean bathrooms, plenty of snacks for the road, gas is cheap. I travel weekly form Central Point to Portland and always stop here to gas up and stock up on snacks! no complaints! read more

I always stop here on our road trips up and down I-5. Easy on and off the freeway, not a bad price in comparison to some of the other stations in the area, and you can never go wrong with clean bathrooms. The only downside is it is always busy. Expect to wait in line for fuel, although it is worth it for the clean bathrooms alone, in my opinion. read more

The absolutely most chaotic gas station I've ever stop at. They have single pumps; four going in one way four going in the other way;with no enforcement of who goes in what way. I waited for 20 minutes behind two cars because it was the only pump on the side of my car with my tank on it with the people in line that direction. Finally realize the vehicle sitting at the pump had nobody in it so I go to a different lane and they tell me they can't pump my gas because I'm on the wrong side. What the actual fuck. Went to fill up our truck at 4:30 on the 25th and Terrible service for less expensive gas! The only reason we went to this place was for the price of the gas. Didn't want to pay $.30 more for the same fuel. This place makes my husband and i feel like we are in a self-service state. I hope this place gets fined for having people pump their own fuel. Why do we pay extra in gas to pump out own fuel? Pulled up into the bay and sat for about 5 minutes when there weren't more than 1 car at each pump. Husband finally got out and started the card transaction, one worker came over and started the car that pulled in a few minutes after us and turned around as my husband was waiting politely for her to finish HER JOB. He politely says, "uhhh ma'am, can you get this going please?" she replies that she didn't see our GIANT RED DODGE sitting there. After the tank was filled, there was a worker that decided he wanted to wash the "nice" Mercedes car that pulled in after us? I thought these places were "mini-serve", why did he decide to wash the expensive car, and not our GIANT RED DODGE? The gas pump clicked off before he started washing the window and just continued to ignore us like he hated his job and trying to find something to do to pass the time. So my husband had to once again get out of the truck to hang the pump up. We paid with a debit/credit card to make the transaction quicker, even though it wasn't busy whatsoever! Will I go to get gas here again? More than likely, but I will be for sure pumping our own gas from now on now that they've set the standard for the service. Haven't gone inside to purchase anything but I'm almost half expecting to get the same service inside. read more

I avoid going to this gas station when I am in central point. 1st if you pay cash, you have to go inside to pay. Ridiculous, they should make it more convenient for cash paying customers. Tried to get propane around 10pm and they said they couldn't because no one had the key. What kind of business are they running? Propane should be available 24/7. Lastly, waited in line for several minutes to get some papers and finally got to the counter for the cashier to tell me they didn't have any. What kind of gas station doesn't sell papers?! Especially in OREGON! I'd rather spare myself the frustration and pay higher prices for gas than go here. read more
