I usually don't like stopping close to home, but when nature calls for one of your passengers, you do what you gotta do. So we pulled into this exit, and drove about a quarter of a mile. My passengers went inside to use the facilities, while I decided to use the time wisely and fill up with gas (even though I only needed a quarter tank). This is a large stop - with plenty of pumps and lots of parking in the front. Machines were working fine, and there was paper so I could get a receipt. My passengers commented that the bathrooms were clean, but I cannot personally speak to their condition. Overall, pleased with this gas station, and would stop here again if we're in the area. read more

One of the best equipped gas stations I've seen. Front side is dedicated to regular size vehicles while the back is set up for 18 wheelers and large travel vehicles. Plenty of on-site parking and space to get in and out regardless of the size of vehicle you have. Inside they have a great clean facility with tons of food and drink options as well as plenty of things to make your travels easier. Technology items to medicines if you aren't feeling well. Tons of fountain drinks and coffee to choose from to get the caffeine fix you may need. Prices are reasonable and there is a steady flow of people in and out of this place. Really one of the best kept (cleanliness) gas stations I've ever been in. I don't get out this way very often, but would most definitely return here if I'm in the area again. read more

COVID restrictions in place, masks required Saturday morning 7:30am Gas was more expensive here than across the street but we chose Pilot because we wanted some good coffee, breakfast food choices and a clean bathroom. Small store Bathrooms were clean Employees were friendly and efficient Coffee was good but the creamer dispensers needed cleaning and made the bottom of our cups sticky. Business was steady but not crowded. Great stop for our thirty minute break. Clean outside, restroom and store was clean, and very friendly staff. There's a Subway inside. Sub was delicious, and very reasonably priced for a truck stop. Free cookies too! Not all Subways are a like. This one was very clean with fresh bread. Definitely makes a difference. You can tell this Pilot cares. Always get a chuckle looking at the discount table. I definitely recommend this Pilot! read more

Great place to stop with clean restrooms and friendly staff. The gas isn't the cheapest in town, but I would say it's one of the top 10 lowest. The only thing I don't like is the location. This Pilot is in one of the worst areas and you can immediately tell as soon as you drive in...even if you're not familiar with the area. Mind you Pilot is a truck stop, so there are always cool mobile electronics, showers and whatnot there...not to mention all the truckers that run in and out of there and I don't have a problem with any of that. What I have a problem with is the blatant prostitution that goes on there! I have seen many females running around there who are terribly dressed and the round-the-clock security that keeps running them out of there. I have also heard horrible stories of people consistently getting robbed there. I haven't seen it for myself, but I wouldn't doubt it because of the area. I don't frequently visit there, but whenever I do I am always super careful around there because of this. Word to the wise. read more

Great place to stop if you must. Ultra clean. Lots of gadgets to choose from for the long ride. Every choice of treats too. I could have stayed much longer but we had to get back on the road. We will make a point to stop when we are on our way to or from Birmingham. read more
