Parking lot needs to be cleaned. Fuel island needs service and cleaning. Interior of building needs updating in a serious cleaning. Store Associates could use more help. Prices could be more reasonable. But all around a decent experience. If you need a place to park, you better get here early in the afternoon because the place fills out fast. read more

Meh... but the last place before Rochester for a shower. The Resturant is gone.. no seating till your shower is ready inside. It's sat at 5 pm and 6 ahead of us! The Pilot literally only gets 3 stars for gas prices. Beyond that, 1 star. The place really is as dumpy as people are saying. I strictly go there for gas. When the McDs was there, it was even worse. I'm a tough cookie that loves dive, biker, and metal bars. I'm not afraid to go to any neighborhood and I'm always up for an adventure. This place was NOT somewhere i would go into again late at night as a female. It was uncomfortable. Crude truckers and a group in McDonald's watching the game all with red that I'm betting isn't just because they all fancy the color haha. Obvious booky there and some hand to hand exchanges at the gas pumps. I'd like to give more stars because staff were very nice in the gas station and McDonald's. The gas was dirt cheap and I'm sure its s diff crowd during the day and early evening. I just can't though. read more

Has showers and laundry facilities. Food choices are wraps, pizza, chicken, burgers, fruits, snacks... Lots of chargers and knickknacks. Nothing special but at least there was more hot food options than regular gas stations. read more

The employees are nice; other than that, this Pilot sucks! This is our second time stopping here as truckers. We used shower #5 both times and it's filthy! Also, this shower has hot water and scalding hot water; no other temp. Our skin was tomato red when we were done! The towels smelled moldy as well. 2 thumbs down!! read more

Just was at the pilot and the bathrooms were disgusting. I felt very uncomfortable so I didn't use the bathroom. The cleaners weren't cleaning the bathrooms. Secondly, I wanted to shower and the shower lines was too long for only 2 people in front of me. One guy was standing waiting for a shower for over an hour. I was very shocked by this pilot, I know New York can do better than that! read more

Would give 0 if i could. On gas app diesel was listed as 6.19. Got there - that's the CASH price; credit card price advertised as 6.25 but then is 6.31 at pump. Complained so they charged us 6.25. When buying 100's of dollars worth of fuel, it adds up. read more

We will start sabotaging stuff, I'll start with this shower they gave me, the fan is blowing right from the top, COLD AIR, ITS 28 degrees OUTSIDE. Being a trucker's wife, I have been to QUITE a few truck-stops as this is our "hotel", "grocery store" and "bathroom" all in one. This Pilot just doesn't add up. First off, there is not even close to being enough parking for trucks in this area. Especially since there are hardly ANY truck-stops in New York...at all! We literally had to squeeze in between two other trucks just to catch some shut-eye for a 10 hour drive the next day. The store is a lot smaller than the other Pilot's and Flying J's. There is no "restaurant", just a busy, busy, BUSY McDonald's where the cashiers are less than friendly. The bathrooms weren't filthy, but they definitely needed a good cleaning, sweeping and to be completely re-stocked. This location also has no laundry facilities which is a major bummer. Although I'd like to say we'll never be back, when you've been driving for 8-9 hours and are dead-dog-tired, you'll take ANYTHING over a rest area! read more

Clean and modern on the inside, but the traffic flow for big-rigs is horrendous. As is typical of most Pilots, they try to get 55 parking spaces out of room for 50. Same here. The fleeter trucks come whizzing in, think they know what they're doing, then spend half an hour trying to get into a parking space, while fuel customers line up and wait for the rookie to clear the aisle. read more

About this Pilot. Was inside twice i.So far and noticed this ;The staff is a different as night and day. 2nd shift, store and mens room messy and dirty..Floor needs to be moped! Paper towels over the place. But in the morning ,the place is still a mess.BUT, cleaner...Pilot has over priced stuff over the place. DVD's at twice the price ,that you pay at Best Buy! This is the worst store I've ever been in the US. We spent $200 on two iTunes gift cards at the store. We're told the gift cards were fully refundable if we return them, so we bought them. But later we brought them back to request a refund, they told us the employee no longer worked there and we can't refund. I don't care who the fuck that employee was. The guy worked in your store and it happened in your store. The supervisor Jeff and his store refused to refund. Yo know yo shouldn't take the $200. That store truly didn't act in food faith, we were cheated. I will never ever go back there to shop again and I will let all my Syracuse friends know this. I promise you will lose more than $200 if all my friends and I don't shop or fill gas at your store. Feel so disappointed to them. read more

This pilot needs new management. The locks on the womens bathroom do not lock. This place is very dirty. They have been working on the restaurant for months and still not up and running. Truck drivers sit in the fuel bays and do not pull up so other truckers can fuel. Its to bad pilot runs a business like this. read more

It is convenient is the only plus. If you want to be treated as the lowest of low at the fuel desk, this is the place you want to fuel. I had a regular credit card that I could not use unless I prepaid an amount first. You have to guess what is close to the dollar/gallons you want and go from there.....then you don't have the gallons printed on your receipt. The clerk was all attitude cause I thought I could use a non "corporate" credit card. I didn't bother to use the Resturant or store after that. Pardon me for trying to do business with you...my mistake. I'll just fuel on the the thruway. Goodbye read more

Very rude, discourteous staff. Asked to speak to a manager about mistreatment and all he said was "I didn't hear any of your conversations so I can't do anything". Said this over and over. No help at all. Filed a formal complaint online with Pilot. Absolutely no response at all. Do not do business with this company. read more
