This Pilot is actually pretty well maintained it was being cleaned when I walked in. I had to park overnight and the parking area was not bad not too big but not small either. I felt like the value of the parking area was worth it. The service I requested was some help finding the fifth wheel grease and the associate found it immediately. We needed propane for our motorhome. I looked up on their website and it read that they filled propane tanks for RV's. Well they don't. They only fill small tanks you take out. So be aware of this. They need to change their ad to let people know. read more

Pretty nice Pilot Travel Center right off I-20 in Madison. The gas prices are in line with surrounding competition and getting in and out of the store is pretty easy. This travel center has gas, convenience store items, restrooms, and even a Huddle House. read more

The restrooms have gone thru a major renovation and are MUCH better. Convenient and fast. If you need to gas up and grab a bite, it's as good a choice as any. Located on the Madison exit on I-20, there are several other gas stations/fast food joints to choose from but at Pilot you can do everything in one stop: gas up, restroom break, grab food and beverages, walk the dog and get back on the road. It's a busy place any time of day or night as it also caters to truckers with parking, fueling, showers etc. read more

This gas station is almost always my stopping point on my drive from Atlanta to Augusta. The gas prices are always cheap, it's huge, clean, and well lit. Usually when I stop it's mostly just families and fellow travelers and a lot of them. I like gas stations that are nice and busy and well lit because I'm usually traveling alone and looking for a spot that is safe to stop. The store itself is a gas station adjacent to a huddle house (I think it's huddle house I may be mistaken) and the inside is a "travel center" that is basically a mini walmart. Just an all around great place to for a traveler to stop for gas, food, or a potty break. I recommend it! read more

My friend and I stopped here on way to Atlanta to drop me off. It was pretty clean inside and had an abundance of things that a travel stop must have. The coffee was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Worth stopping here if your in the area. read more

The Huddle House waitresses are extremely rude. I have never been spoken to so rudely by another adult. We left immediately. -

I got corn dogs from the food area, they had no signs or indication that they were anything but corn dogs. They had jalapeños in them. I'm allergic to peppers including jalapeños. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she could have cared less. All she said was the paper bag says fiesta on it. I have never in 46 years had a time when fiesta meant peppers. I'm pretty sure I have never seen a "fiesta" ingredient on anything ever. Fiesta does not mean peppers. I got a sausage biscuit instead. This cashier didn't care in the slightest. And why would she? It's my Christmas day that just got ruined because of an allergic reaction. While traveling from atlanta to North Carolina. So now my entire family gets to spend christmas in a hospital in the middle of Georgia. A little signage and a little compassion would have made this entire event completely different. I figured you should be aware and possibly opt for some training in this area. read more

Worst Pilot I've been to in awhile. Bathroom trash is overflowing, no toilet paper, other stall has paper roll sitting on top of empty dispenser. Went into Huddle house and sat for 30 minutes and the waitress just kept saying she'll be back. Never offered any service of any kind. There was only 2 other tables with customers. usually for a pilot there is a giant highway sign visible from the interstate, not so in this case. it may be hard to find as.you travel down eatenton rd. however it will be next to krystal. overall not too shabby for a travel stop they have showers gas and food. so not a whole lot to nitpick at. the one nice thing is if you drive a semi youbhave choices of eats well withing walking distance. krystal.is next door so is burger mcdonalds and a couple of others. on site you have huddle house which is cheap eats. staff seemed friendly to me then again i did my thing and split. read more

all my fellow drivers. if you eat at huddle house at the pilot in madison, .ga keep in mind that they charge anyone getting an order to go a 15% gratuity charge. if you tip only do it if you get good service, since they are getting tips for only taking a carry out order. tips are and always have been for good service. read more
