I had a very disappointing experience with Charlie's Towing & Recovery…read more My brand-new 2026 motorcycle was towed to their location on Friday. When I went to pick it up on Saturday, the owner himself helped load the motorcycle onto my trailer. Unfortunately, the loading was handled with very poor technique and very little attention to safety. The motorcycle fell from the trailer and was damaged. The left side of the bike was scratched, the tail light was broken, and one of the mirrors was broken. This was a brand-new motorcycle, and the damage happened while they were handling it. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability. The only comment I received was, "Sorry to wreck the bike, sh*t happens." Despite the damage, I was still charged $200 for the service. Now I am looking at approximately $980 in parts alone to repair the damage, not including the labor for installation. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds matters. In this case, there was no real apology, no accountability, and no effort to make the situation right. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
