Just talked to "Lisa", I think was her name, about a concern about a charge on my bill that I did not recognize and was wanting to know more about it. She was AMAZING! Anyone else would have either hung up on me. Not her, she tried to help me figure out where, what and when and even gave me an 800 number to help me further. During my visit I purchased $300 in diesel and when I picked the nozzle up diesel starting shooting out without me even pulling the gas lever and drenched my pants full of diesel. As I enter the building I come to find daisy and when I notify her of what had just occurred she replies sarcastically " maybe you should check the nozzle " I spoke to both the employee and manager and instead of trying to de-escalate the situation they instead seemed to make it a joke After I complained to the guy outside rinsing all the diesel he then has then shut it off I had the worst experience due to both employees during this shift. read more

I went there the other day and it was the WORST experience, typical for a pilot though. I went to pump 4 card reader didn't work, okay fine that's not a problem at all. But then when I went inside to manually pay, It was a snappy old white lady, who was VERY RUDE had a snarky attitude and thought swiping a credit card was a hassle and tried rushing me as well. Pilot needs to do better if they can't hire people who offer good customer service then i don't even see why anyone would want to go. read more

The freezer was open and it was cold near the restroom. No spoons in the food area. No hotdogs.

Worst pilot I've been to. Grounds are rather dirty. Automatic pumps don't work. Had to walk in four times in order to get pump to take the card for diesel. Then it still did not even work! Employees inside completely not knowledgeable and not friendly. Very poorly run pilot station! Had to drive away from the pump without fuel, and will have to check my statement and make sure the guy behind me didn't fill up on my card, because the pump wouldn't clear... But also would not work for me! Employees inside kept saying it should work, but I didn't, but they had no idea how to fix it. And the entry to the building is very far from the pumps, so it was a long waste of time repeatedly walking back and forth. read more

my girlfriend went in to use the rest with our and she had a little accident and the cleaning crew was so rude told my girlfriend that she should've cleaned it up like no hoe that's your job that's what you get paid for is to clean its not like she purposely pissed on the floor read more

Not the best looking store of all the truck stops in this area, but the service is unmatched!! The cashiers went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need and I GREATLY APPRECIATED the help!! I was able to get what I needed and felt at home at the same time and that's what I call customer service. Showers are ok, there's a McDonald's (if you're into that kind of food), and the laundry is pretty good. Found a great parking spot up front for my truck. All in all, I'd recommend coming to this location early in the am to avoid traffic and long lines. read more

I didn't expect to review the Pilot station, but I've been known to review just about anything (see also: Golden Corral). We had to stop at a Pilot to get our cars weighed before arriving at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo. The only real issue was that I couldn't reach the weigh station button since its intended for high sitting semi trucks. We grabbed a few snacks (avoid the deceptively good looking baked cookies in the display case!) and were on our way. I'd stop back here again if I were passing through and needed gas or something. It's clean, well lit, and decent. What more could you ask from a gas station? :) read more

Ok it's a truck stop. But I'm impressed enough to rate a TRUCK STOP. Clean, nice decor, great snack food options, good FRESH coffee with a stunning choice of creamer flavors, Cinnabon stand - they cook then there... This highway is a long run of nothingness, & this stop is nicer than most. It's not an average truck stop, it's a GREAT ONE... for a truck stop! read more

Way to many Flys Flying around in this place . Everyone that works there is nice and polite but the Fly issue is a consurn you would think Pilot Corporate Office would reach out and install fans at the doors and or big lights read more

Good staff descent food if your a big truck ingress and egress is a major issue. I avoid due to access issues.

I worked in the oilfield here for two years and was in this truck stop daily. The manger of this place ( cant remember his name) was the best manager I have ever met. This was a guy who really cared about his job and his customers.pilot needs to promote this guy and put him in charge of training managers of other stores read more
