Bathroom break ruined because the worker inside cleaning the bathrooms was not looking on my visit on 10/18/25 at 7:30 am. He ran into me with the toilet bowl cleaner in his hands. When he collided with me he laughed. I told him it was not funny to which he responded he knows but he didn't see me. I told him and apology would have been nice and he disappeared into an employee room. Not cool! I'm disgusted. read more

I used a truck stop shower for the first time here and was surprised how nice it was. Not sure what I was expecting but they delivered. It was nicer than some of the hotels I've stayed in. Staff was very friendly which always helps when I stop in at pilot after driving all day. I travel all over and used to go to the closest/cheapest gas station on my way. After so many good experiences I now plan my stops based on the pilot/FJ locations read more

Stopped here for a bathroom break on the way back to Tallahassee. The bathrooms were pretty icky. At least they were the day that I went. Nevertheless was able to go and buy some snacks to boot. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would!! My mother and I are from South Carolina, on the way back from vacation in Florida, my mother accidentally left her wallet at this location when we stopped for fuel. Their general manager Peggy was so amazing. She was so kind and went out of her way to mail my mother her wallet back. We are so grateful and just Super super impressed! Well it started off very bad at the EV chargers they have . The charger overheated the battery and I had to call on star and AAA we were on our way to the Mayo clinic in Jacksonville which meant they would take my car and I would have to get a Uber to Gainesville then rent a car to Jacksonville to be at the hospital in the morning.. all said in Done if it wasn't for the help from Joe and the girls at register I would have not stopped crying. Joe offered us drinks and food seeing it was over 99 out and was so helpful. I will never forget the support I received at this gas station. Again Joe I can't thank you enough. read more

A quick stop for a restroom break. And I have to say, this was the absolute cleanest bathrooms I've seen in a "truck stop" in a long time. Yeah, convenience store items for keeping you snacked and drinking on the highway. Sodas, coffee, water, juices. Salty, sweet, hot dogs and other stuff from the rollers. The cashier is behind a sheet of plexiglass for proper social distancing and the checkout was contactless. just wanted Cinnabon . If you are craving a Cinnabon do not go to this pilot! Although they wear "courteous customer service" tags...NO SUCH LUCK AND A TOTAL FAIL! I was the Only one in line and the person behind the counter would NOT EVEN LOOK UP. It was like a stand off at the Cinnabon counter. She refused to take food orders, I left empty handed....she won! Easiest pilot to steal from, hands down. Employees will go out of their way to discourage you from buying things and giving you service. Witness a woman shrug her shoulders when confronted with a customer whose gas pump told them to come to the front desk. They also leave showers purposely uncleaned out of sheer laziness to prevent more people from using them. My recommendation is to walk in and grab anything at will and flip off the staff on the way out, they will only thank you and tell you have a nice day. read more

This is a truckstop off of I75 in Ocala. We used the car side. The convenience store side was neat, as were the women's restroom. Those were not only free of debris when I went in, but the toilet paper dispensers were all full and it smelled nice, not overly funky as most public stalls smell. The cashier was friendly and attentive, making sure to mention to me about a BOGO offer they had going. Which of course, I took advantage of. read more

Perfect stop for the road weary traveler. Clean bathrooms, variety of snacks and sundries and a Wendy's attaches for a quick hot meal. Lots of trucks stop here as well, but they park in the back. If you need diesel in your truck or van ...there are only 2 regular pumps that have it. I'm assuming there's a special gassing station for the 18 wheelers in the back. read more

This is the last travel center before you hit the country roads headed to Jacksonville. There is a lot of traffic both truckers and regular customers. Gas was the lowest around, not very well stocked a lot of sold out items in the snack aisles. Cold and hot hold food items were also sold out and a few of the soda syrups were out. The restrooms were not clean and there was trash everywhere on the floor. We opted to just wait till we get home, it was that bad. read more

I asked a lot of questions about prices ( which they didn't know off hand and they were so accommodating to stop what they were doing to check ) it's 1am and they were all in great moods. Bathrooms reasonably clean. Showers not so much. Hair in the toilet, shower may be wiped down, maybe not?? Super tiny rooms, barely large enough for one skinny person. They have a Wendy's with a sitting area. Uncomfortable seats, but do have outlets for electronics. No deli unfortunately. Bare minimum of items to go in front of counter. Staff pleasant. read more

Great place to stop for gas, restroom, snacks and a break on a road trip. Very clean, organized and prices were very reasonable.

This location has been our routine stop when traveling Interstate 75. Today's experience may change our future stop here. The restroom cleaning standards have dropped! They were dirty, toilet paper all over floors, STRONG urine smell, sink countertops were covered with water and dirty looking. We will think twice now about stopping here for gas, refreshments and restroom break! read more

This was the greatest stop ever on the way to restore power after hurricane Matthew. Ohio Edison crews and many other electrical utility companies stopped here to clean up and take a shower after a night of sleeping in trucks and tents due to no availability in hotels. The showers were amazing, private rooms with a key code, your own bathroom and shower with a fan. 100 percent what we all needed. Everything was very neat and clean. I would recommend this place to any one needing a shower and multiple options for food. Keep it up pilot travel center! read more

IT'S A TRUCK STOP! Cheap gas but don't expect much more. Good for truckers and bikers but not a family type place. Store prices are high and the employees need to read the book on how to win friends and influence people. Get your gas, pay your bill and next time stop at RaceTrac. read more

I always choose Pilot Travel Centers while on the road! This particular time we were having issues with our trailer lights. It's pouring down rain and we needed a specific tool for a stripped bolt. Casey with PFJ Truck Care 92 Roadside Assistance helped us right in the parking lot. Pulled his truck around and not only had the tool and helped with the bolt but continued to help us try to figure out the light issue. Super nice and great guy!
