This was not a good place to stop at all. I've had good experiences at Pilot, and I've generally heard good things about them, but this Pilot was pretty nasty. Great stop for a bathroom break and sure, maybe you need to gas up too. I was pleased to see how clean the restroom was in this truck stop. No litter, no trash, clean floors. Impressive and important to give that impression of clean. Inside the convenience store, a wide array of snacks and drinks. Coffee and fixings. Sodas in a variety of brands and flavors. Hot roller meats on the grill with toppings. All good stuff. The pump was clean and well lit with a nice and high roof to keep out the rain. Wide enough to be almost roomy. I usually love pilot but this one was awful. My daughter and I stopped on our way to the airport. It was early morning, half of the pumps were not working; when we went in to pay for gas, the attendant told us that "we have lots of broken pumps." Nothing was labeled or blocked off, which added to my frustration. Once inside, there were two attendants, one was checking out a customer and the other one seemed to be opening up parts of the store. My daughter and I tried to use the self checkout and of course we had problems. We waited for four minutes (which isn't too bad normally but when there are only three customers in a store, that is unacceptable). Finally, the attendance came over and fixed the machine, for it not to read my card. What should have been a 10 minute stop, turned in a 30 minute ordeal. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. read more

Decent proceed gas, friendly staff, a large selection of food, snacks, and beverages. I stopped here to gas up the uhaul i was using to move. We loaded up on some breakfast Taquitos and pretty decent coffee for the remainder of our drive. The inside of this place was super clean. The clerks were very friendly, greeting us will a hello and goodbye as we came and went. The bathroom was pretty clean as well. I saw a sign for showers, which I'm assuming the truckers use along their travels. All in all a great experience.... for a gas station. read more

The 2019 goals set for my Yelp content did not start with travel center reviews, yet adding them may provide some drivers useable information. With that, the travel centers of Pilot which is part of Flying J, provide heavy eyed and weary drivers some much needed provisions. Origionally built around the truckers needs, a place to stretch your legs, grab a cup of coffee, draw some cabbage from an ATM's and fire up the WiFi are all available. With two big dogs in tow, the pit stop for water bowl filling, a snack from their personal cooler and a light walk occur unhindered as this Pilot sits upon a substantial portion of property. Unfortunately, I was on the receiving end of the worst customer service treatment possible and none of my kindness and politeness did ease the red and black daggernailed lady. She looked hateful from the get go and delivered it all to the very end. Not to mention that I really do not enjoy Dunkin coffee at all. What's with that atrocious after taste? read more

Clean stop with clean bathrooms. Nice selection of coffee, hot dogs, pizza and chicken. Might have to plan our stops better, especially in West Virginia so we can hit the Pilots and avoid the stop that has no toilet paper. read more

Two words: hot mess. This is NOT an actual Dunkin'. It's a self-serve kiosk that is not stocked with supplies.

A disaster! If you want to spend 30 minutes, just pump gas, this is a place for you. I made the mistake once before stopping here. Absolutely ruined my trip a second time. read more

Wow. Great Customer serves a girl named Taylor welcomed everyone who came in. Plus it's newly remodeled and all the food is in a pan fresh and hot at there deli. Plus they had Dunkin donut coffee and a Dairy Queen plus a Wendy's in the same building. They always have clean restrooms and competitive gas prices. read more

The 3 for $6 breakfast is the bomb! I was able to get biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage for $6 and the amount of food they served was incredible. 2 large biscuits and lots of gravy was what made it. Also since a pilot there are other options for eating and great for a stop along your trip. Clean bathrooms and friendly service made this stop a great one for our group of 12 people. Hope to stop by again someday. read more

Why is this place sooo out of order! Can I get my receipt at the tank, just once??? If I wanted to go inside to wait for one of the two cashiers who always have a line of people waiting I'd have paid inside. If I'm at the tank, and paid at the tank. I want my receipt at the tank. What a cluster. It wasn't even busy but I couldn't get help from most of the people working there and they didn't seem to mind if they were in the customers way. Nothing I wanted was working or available. I'll stop somewhere else next time. read more

What a great place. Probably the cleanest rest stop I have ever been too! Had a DQ, my favorite stop on a road trip! They also had Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts. Very quick stop....too quick to notice it all. read more

You will die of starvation, it took more then 20 minutes to get an old dried up sausage egg and cheese sandwich and people should notice when you see 6 7 people wait for their orders and 6 to 7 people waiting to give their orders you should know what that means, so sad i will always say we the consumer are the best we do a good job filling the cash register but they lack the services we are entitled to. read more
