My main concern was the interior, because months prior I had spilled a protein shake (lid wasn't screwed on completely tight) around the front seat and center console. They got it all cleaned, even between the seat cracks! They got me scheduled for an appointment in a timely manner, and due to their great quality and reputation, the actual appointment was a few weeks out, keep that in mind when scheduling.
