They said they would pass it on to their technician and no other information was given. With no change after 24 hours it took several phone calls to get in touch with anyone. They didn't want to give a time estimate, but eventually said two weeks, then someone else from the company said two months. It is understandable that they are busy, particularly since they are so understaffed, but the lack of communication during such an emergency is expensive for customers, unprofessional, and frankly imbecilic. The owner did return our call, but was defensive, unprofessional, and insensitive to our situation.

Ultimately, we found the folks at Air Service. It doesn't get any better than these folks. Their service people are first class -- they get it right the first time -- they care about their customers. We had service work done on old units, ultimate had to have one of our units replaced -- they did a terrific job at a fair price. These are the type of people that you want to recommend to your friends. When we were moving, the service techs happened to be at the house for the maintenance plan and noticed my wife was running low on boxes. Next thing she knew an Air Service truck was pulling up with a truck load of empty boxes. Just one example of many as to how they look for ways to do more than what is required.
