His gasoline pump for opening an unclean pool at first of new season is great. He replaced multivalve on my sand filter and did a good job. From time to time I would make inquiries of him when he was at my home about pool maintenance. He said I could text him about the pool, yet he was reluctant to reply or acknowledge them. At the end of the season last year OCT 23 I covered my pool for winter and texted him that now weekly service I didnt think would be necessary and that I would dip leaves myself. He texted me that my service had been "canceled". I replied by text that I would still like to contact him with one time repairs or unique problems with my pool if that would be ok and his response was "absolutely". Now it is March 24 and Ive endeavored to contact him several times over 5 days to the active number with no response. It appears he is ghosting me.. I really dont appreciate the non respect of this. In my mind all Ive done is discuss some pool maintenance with him and paid the fee he set.

Since then, we haven't had any issues at all with our pool! They come out weekly, even in the winter, and clean and add chemicals to our pool. They are reasonable and do a fantastic job!! We recently had a small issue with a pipe and we called them on Monday and by Tuesday it was fixed and they immediately sent out the guys to clean it. We just love this pool company!! Dependable, excellent customer service, and worth every cent!! When we were trying local companies I felt like we got the run around but these guys are GREAT!!! They look you in the eye and mean what they say and do what they say they are going to do (rare now sadly). We are always given many options on how to handle whatever is going on with our pool from least expensive to most expensive. They even let me know to buy a pool sentry so I didn't have to manually add water. I truly can't rave enough about this company. Try them you will see for yourself!

One of my rental sewer line got backed up. I called Reeda's plumbing for help after I couldn't get…read moreit unclogged with my own snake auger. Reeda sent out a tech and he used my machine and couldn't get it either. He had a same size machine in the truck that he also brought out. After a few try he told my tenant it was most likely tree roots clogging the pipes and since it's Friday he's leaving and won't be back until Monday. I called Reeda the next morning(Saturday) pleading for her to send someone out to fix the issue but she informed me they don't work weekends especially since they have a party this weekend. I then had to call another plumber out to fix the issue. They just had to use their commercial size auger to get it unclogged easily. I even paid extra so he can run his camera to see the issue and it ended up being toilet paper and not tree roots like Reeda plumbing said. Reeda called Monday expecting I still need their service... they think I would keep my tenant from being able to use the bathroom for a whole weekend... When I told her another plumber got it fixed already, she then demanded a payment??? They did not have the proper tools for the job. I would not recommend at all!
