Pine Cone Lodge has been part of the Brand family since 1961, when it was purchased with a vision to preserve its Up North charm and legacy. As third-generation owners, the Brands have thoughtfully grown the property over the years—adding cabins, welcoming generations of returning guests, and maintaining the traditions that make the resort special. What began as a seasonal family resort has evolved into a destination for vacations, reunions, and gatherings, while still honoring its roots. The most recent chapter includes the rebuilding of the central lodge, where materials from the original structure were carefully salvaged and restored—carrying the story forward.
