The vets are some of the very best. They really care about your animal as if it were their own. Most of the vet techs are the same way. However, the staff at the counter could be better. It's like night and day with the staff in the back and the ones up front. They try to tell you anything whether it is right or not just to get you out but, if I have questions I'm staying until I speak to someone that knows what they are talking about. I would recommend this vet to others but I would caution them to ask questions and don't be afraid to cross something off their estimate list they give you if you don't think you need it. They try to up sell to the point of ridiculousness and then act as though you are a bad pet parent if you say no to something. Not all of us have several grand to drop every time we go in on stuff our pets could do without or at least push it back a bit. read more

This animal hospital is the best! From the customer service reps, to the vet techs, to the doctors...everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! I brought my new puppy recently and apparently he is very difficult to administer a pill! They pulled out all the stops to make sure he didn't get frightened. First trying peanut butter and then ultimately finding success with cheese wiz :) I've moved a lot due to my career, so my pets have seen many vets, but these guys are the best! I can't say enough good things about Pine Creek & the staff there - we take our dog Chloe to the Manor location and she just had a dental procedure done. The level of care and attention they gave her, keeping me updated throughout the whole process, was unmatched. I am so thankful for Pine Creek. Last night my boy cat had to be seen quickly due to something small and I knew if I waited, the issue could get worse. It was 30 minutes before closing and they squeezed him in and provided the best care. They for sure eased my worried heart and provided all the things needed to get my boy healthy. The entire staff was extremely compassionate and accommodating in our time of loss of our dog. Taking your pet for their last trip to the vet is so tough and they did everything in their power to make it easier for us and our dog. My dog had a broken toenail and was in severe pain and these vets were AMAZING. They were very kind to my dog and there were some other issues with my dog that they informed me on and very well explained to me what I can do to treat it and my possible options. The pricing was also very very reasonable. It's hard to find good vets now a days but you can tell these people love their jobs and do a great job expressing that. read more

I decided to change vets this week and I'm so glad I did. I took my little guy in for his yearly check up and there were things that needed done that the prior vet hadn't done and shouldve been done.
