They are Thief's! was suppose to move in December 3rd ! showed up the appartment was NOT ready even though I signed a lease paid a deposit on it . Im still getting the run around on my $580 . its been 5 months . they have me call sun ridge management, I call everyday and leave messages nothing !!!!! so unprofessional. and the lady there never calls me back and gets upset I call her says she cant do nothing about it ! my business was directly with pine creek and they keep bot helping 580 is alot of money !!!!! read more

My mom and I went by the front office on a Saturday to bring the rent check and there was a note on the front door that said "closed at 11 today, had a family emergency. Sorry for the inconvenience." I emailed the office and my mom left them a voicemail, just to make sure they were aware that we tried to turn in the rent check so they wouldn't charge a late fee. Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday so they were closed), I got a phone call from the office asking when I'd be able to pay rent (?) then less than an hour later, I got an email from the manager saying she applied late fee's to my rent. This complex is beyond unprofessional. Unfortunately, I can't really move somewhere else... considering it's the nicest complex in Paris but believe me, if I could move- I would. read more

For your sake do not live here. So many horrible experiences. The most recent one is us moving out. We have our notice 65 days in advance in moving out(60 required prior to agreement).Our last day per our letter was the 30th which was a friday. So we went ahead and moved out the weekend before and did the walk through before as well. But guess what we were charged a fee for moving out early because we didn't do the walk through on the 30th. But then " gave us a credit" for moving out early . There isn't hundred of other small things but another big thing is we want a month without ac because the compressor was "backordered". I went and found several in stock in dallas and rachel wouldn't do anything about it. It wasn't till I raised hell with upper management company the compressor should up. Make sure you document everything because Rachel Lies and gets super defensive when caught in a lie. She sends out letters all the time how people aren't supposed to enter through the exit gate but we lived in the apartment by the exit and saw her do it everyday day when she got off. Tries to tell people their dogs has to be on a leash but her wife takes there dog outside all the time without one. If you notice too she changes assistants and maintenance people. They all cant stand her and main reason its a revolving door. I will be honest in the begging it was a great complex when you don't have anything wrong. But when you have a issue, something fixed, billing issue or have to directly rely on Rachel thats when its bad.The other good reviews haven't had issues . I will say Rachel is a very nice and pleasant person, but she's not manager material. Doesn't know how to handle stress or tough situations. Anytime I caught her in a lie or she just couldn't handle it she would borderline cry and say that she's has anxiety and can't handle this(find another job then), complains that she has to manage X number of apartments. Well Rachel someone of have thousands of clients we have to manage too. The only thing this place has going for it is that its a nice complex it really is. And like the other review talked about the hole gate issues that's true too. Also doors being locked during business hours that's true as well. Update to response from "owner"... "Reach out to friendly staff".... Rachel is your one and only leasing staff member minus the ever changing assistant. Also I have overheard all complaints go straight down back to her so she can burry them. There's nothing that can be fixed . This is just a PSA for anyone who might look at moving here. read more

I was a tenant there for a brief period of time, the manager there is so unprofessional. I moved due to a job relocation. My apartment was never cleaned before I moved in. Work orders never got completed. The tone of her attitude was always a condescending approach to me. Very disappointed overall. I'm glad I'm not there anymore. read more

These apartments are by far managed very very very poorly and I say that from a standpoint where I have been to multiple apartment and apartment homes. It's very unprofessional in their resolution of items. They punish their customers to a certain degree with so many fees and if they make a mistake they do not own up to it. These apartments are managed VERY poorly once by lease is up I will be moving and NEVER coming back the complex manager is NEVER in office and just recently I was charged tons of late fees due to her poor management I did not pay my full rent that I did not notice it was not the complete amount which I took accountability for but she did not call and tell me I was short 5 days later a note was in my door stating how much which was $99 it was paid the next da 10 days later I got another note saying I owed $134 I tried calling the office multiple times and of course she was not there In total it was added up to be $200 that could of been avoided with a simple phone call when my boyfriend asked her about why we didn't get a call she said she has tons of residents , what a excuse right? now the office has been closed for 2 days and we still are trying to pay our rent and can't Nice apartments but WORSE place to live due to management read more
