Since he was fixing the window, the crack, and painting the ceiling, I asked for a quote to paint 2 of the rooms downstairs and install baseboards in my kitchen. I thought the estimate was reasonable (painting ceilings is not easy). The work was done in 3 days by one person. He took his time, cleaned up behind himself, and did a wonderful job. Honestly, the baseboards he installed in the kitchen were done neater than the ones in the living room installed by a flooring company. I gave a lot of grace in the beginning due to time constraints that were outside of the company, but soon started to see that the GC was the problem. I was told the project was going to take 3-months - it took about 8 months to complete and I'm still waiting on some items. A lot of work had to be redone due to it being installed improperly or sloppy work. I expressed how I wanted things to go and the contractor did their own thing. I issued the last check with the impression that they would come back to fix my shower because on the best day the water is hot for maximum of 2 minutes and cold after that . I haven't heard from the contractor in months. I've called, emailed, spoken to the assistant that said they would call back but haven't. I would not recommend this company at all. They lack customer service and follow thru, the work has been subpar and it's a struggle finding someone with good work ethic and integrity
