I was required to remove all furniture and items from the kitchen counter and the dining room table and chairs. He showed up on time and began work. Shortly after he said there was a problem with one of the tiles and he needed an additional $50 for a total of $525. He was there for about 4 hours. I assumed he would clean up after he was finished. He Did Not ! His workmanship was adequate but VERY MESSY. Grout everywhere, all over the tiles, wooden cabinets, all over the appliances, walls. I`m 71 and fortunately able to get on the floor and scrape all the misplaced grout from the tiles, counter and everywhere else . It took me most of the day to clean up this mess before I could restore my kitchen and Dining room to order. Once restored the grout job looked nice. If you decide to use MR. KLEAN GROUT you need to know that his workmanship is fair, but messy. He will not be cleaning up his mess nor will he be moving furniture back into place. The clean up will be your responsibility. So if you are Older and unable to scrape errant grout from all you surfaces as well as wipe down the tiled surfaces as well as mopping the tiled floor more than once you may have to hire someone else to assist in restoring the work area. I found Clean Choice when…read morelooking for a company that could truly clean (not just mask) cat urine in carpet and carpet pads. Most carpet cleaning companies just mask the strong smell of cat urine, but the process used by Clean Choice actually eliminated the source of the order. Clean Choice used a special cleaning process and products. First they used a professional strength black light to detect each area where my cat had soiled/sprayed and then they injected a special, heated biologic/enzymatic solution under the carpet at each of these soiled areas, to saturate the pad and underlying concrete (in my finished basement) at each specific spot. They followed the injections with their very thorough, truck mounted, heated cleaning/extraction process, and gave me instructions for how to clean any future cat soiling and a bottle of unscented special spray to help minimize any repeat soiling. As they explained when I booked the appointment and again in-person, it took about 3-4 days for my basement carpet to completely dry (less air circulation since no ceiling fans) and the urine odor to be eliminated (as the biologic/enzymatic process "ate" the urine), but I am thrilled with the final results! It's 30 days later, and I continue to use the recommended spray to help minimize the risk of future pet soiling and neither of my cats has urinated/sprayed in the basement again. No more nasty urine smell! It's a cleaning miracle! This cleaning outcome is letting us postpone replacing our basement flooring, which is great news since our carpet is relatively new. When we finally replace the carpet with solid flooring, we will use Clean Choice to seal the concrete before the new flooring is installed, ensuring that any lingering urine smell (undetectable to humans but detectable to pets) is completely blocked. Clean Choice also cleaned my bedroom and stairwell carpets and all work was thorough, professional, and the results look great. The price was extremely reasonable given the work involved (they were at my home about 3 hours) and the proprietary system they used, which was different (and better) than any other carpet cleaner I've hired in the past.
