This was the first time I had that experience. I contacted them and left a message on the office phone and within 10 minutes, I received a call back from the manager Dallas and he made things more than right. I have worked in customer service before and did everything correctly. He responded quickly, he listened and was not making excuses and he proposed a solution to my problem and ask if that would be acceptable! I will go back again and will support locally owned businesses like this that put customer satisfaction ahead of everything else!

I don't think you can pick your own fruits in the garden but the fruits are out in the open for you to choose from. Fresh coconuts are stored in the fridge and are HUGE. The coconut meat is so creamy and firm. They offer sugarcane juice, meat turnovers, pickled mangos, lychees, guavas, mangos, and more! Co Bach was so so kind and honest with what she sells. She was very willing to help me with the coconut. Even though their fruit farm is smaller than La Vang down the street, I will be bringing my business back here any day!

There were 3 people at the same time all on speakers phone, talking over the other people talking on their speakerphone. I think one was the owner or manager, because she was ordering restaurant supplies, loudly talking to her cell phone on speaker. It made it difficult to enjoy breakfast. Otherwise, the flavors are good and the prices reasonable. I probably won't go back myself, and may have just caught them on an off day, but I'm just passing through and wanted to leave my feedback.

There is also a large back room with clothing, knick knacks, souvenirs, and even more food. The owners were lovely. They helped my son who ran back and forth several tunes for snacks. Most of all we will be indebted to the owner for recommending what has become our favorite brand of pretzels, Dots. Now we buy Dots Pretzels by the pound online. So if you are looking for a little treat or souvenir when staying in Matlacha, make sure to stop at the Specialty Market.

We were there four times on this trip and every time they helped us in a different way. As a former business owner, I highly recommend this group.
