0 stars. DO NOT leave anything for them to clean. I dropped off a King comforter because it's too big to wash at home. It was a fake fur that was so soft when I took it in and now it's a melted scratchy mess. Picture mink turned to wool. I took it back the same night after my daughter opened it because i thought maybe there was detergent left in it. The one attendant wouldn't even talk to me, she called another attendant from a back room. That attendant agreed it didn't look or feel right especially when comparing it to the pillow case I brought for reference. She said they would rewash it and call me. Of course NO CALL. I called the next day and the same rude girl told me it was ready but never asked my name or number to look it up. I picked it up tonight and rude girl was the only one there. After looking, feeling and smelling it was worse than before. She wouldn't give me the managers name or number, she kept saying they aren't here. She kept trying to defend all the work they did. She even said she put it in the dryer for 1 hour. As soon as I heard that I knew she melted it. It was a light weight comforter and should have only taken 20 mins. After saying I wasn't leaving until she gave me the managers name and number she called the owner on her cell. He was very defensive, only offered to refund their charges and refuses to pay for the damage they did. I asked him when he would be available to see the damage and he told me he isn't. I asked about a manager instead and got a bunch of excuses. He even said a manager is only there from 10-2. What he should have said is the manager just comes in to collect the money. Stay away from this place. Rude staff and owner that don't take any responsibility. read more

Their service is just fine but it's frustrating trying to communicate with whoever is working there on Sundays. Doesn't speak English well and I can't understand her. Tried to confirm that my order was set up for delivery as I followed text message link to set it up but didn't receive a confirmation . Was given a runaround. Then told the delivery isn't in their system. 1 minute later I received a text that my delivery was on the way. Stressful situation for no reason. Communication is awful read more

I use the wash and fold service and it has been wonderful! My clothes are usually ready to pickup within 24 hours. Not only do they wash and fold, they also separate and organize my kids laundry by size, making it THAT much easier to put away. Excellent Service 10/10. read more

I have been coming to Pine Lake Laundry since I moved to Florida 4 years ago and have stuck with this place through a personal move and new ownership. They changed owners within the past year I would say and have made little improvements here and there to the business since taking over. I appreciate that they have kept the same low price dry cleaning services! It's a no frills kind of place but they do a good job, so I keep coming back even though I have since moved out of the area. Dry cleaning typically takes a few days to clean and you usually can have it back within the week depending on the day you drop off. Would definitely recommend for dry cleaning service for quality cleaning at a good price! read more

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. We left a beautiful bedspread quilt to be washed and dried by this company. Without asking they added BLEACH and ruined the bedspread. Over the past month I have tried several times to speak to the owner, to no avail. The cost of this quilt was $300. I wasn't looking for full reimbursement to replace it, but not there has been no attempt to reach out! The staff seemed to be covering one another's tail. The label on the bedspread says, Do not use Chlorine Bleach. They of course added chlorine bleach and ruined our beautiful bedspread. I provided a picture of the quilt and the replacement cost. The manager was very defensive and confrontational towards me. While I was speaking to her it was as if she was already thinking of an additional accusation in response. Each time the staff would, "we will get back to you by Friday once we speak to one of the owners either Jason or Jerry". Of course I never heard from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just recently moved in the area and was looking for a good dry cleaner that was opened late. I took my blue dress there to be cleaned and paid in advance on a Wednesday . I was told my my dress would be ready on Friday as I had a trip to New York scheduled the following Tuesday. I didn't get a call on Friday so I called Saturday to get an update. They said there was a delay and I would get the dress on Sunday instead. I called them on Sunday and again I was told Monday morning. By 1pm on Monday I called & someone told me the dress was still not ready, I asked for my dress back and they said they didn't have it at their location since they outsource their cleaning. I pleased with one of the managers and she told me they would try to get it back to me, at 8pm I finally got a call that the dress was ready. I picked it up, it was in that plastic bag and didn't think anything of it. I arrived Tuesday to New York and took my dress out, I realized it was never cleaned it still had some stains on it and was still wrinkled. They wasted my time and they took my money. read more

Good prices, terrible service. I've been going to this place for over 3 years. I recently dropped off my brand new comforter and pillowcases to get dry cleaned and when I went to go pick them up they said they couldn't find the pillowcases. We still haven't gotten a credit or any type of refund and it has been over a week. Definitely don't recommend if you want to get back all of your items back. Especially if it's meaningful. We had an emergency at my friend's house were most of her clothes were under water, I called pine lake laundry and ask if it would be ok to bring in 11 big garage bags of clothes. And of course they said yes bring them in this was at 9:45 they were closing at 10 pm when I got there I was met with smiling faces ready to help me unload these 11 bags of clothes. And off we went to the scale would you believe there was well over 200 pounds of clothes. This all happened Sunday night I was told everything would be ready by Thursday. Well Monday night I got a text telling me my clothes were ready for pick up. So I want to say thank you to the staff who are the best, and I wanted to say to you if your looking for a place to drop off your clothes and have them washed and folded this is the place. Due to plumbing issues, I had no choice but to use a laundromat. I was VERY UNHAPPY with Pine Lake. The only channel they were watching in TV was QVC shopping channel. I would have loved BET or Comedy Central instead. MOST of the equipment was in good condition. I needed to sanitize my laundry. Lysol Laundry Sanitizer is to go in the fabric softener compartment. However, it was full of water and now, I'm not sure my clothes are as clean as they should be. I would have finished my laundry sooner, but one of the washers had an out of order sign on it. I had to wait for a machine to finish before I could get my last load started. PLEASE...GET SOME AIR CONDITIONING!!! It was extremely hot with all of the dryers running. read more

This is my first experience using a laundromat and searching for a clean one in a nice area was a little challenging. This place is clean, machines are maintained and all in working conditions. The people who work there are all professional and nice. They help and guide you if needed or leave you alone if you don't want to be bothered. They offer a list of services, such free delivery/ pickup, do your laundry, dry clean etc etc... they treat their customers as people and not a number which means they establish a relationship with them. I'm very happy I found this place, clothes came out clean and smelling clean and dry. I'm paranoid about cleanliness and I have to say I will be going back. Worst 5 minute experience. My washer broke at home.....First, I'm beyond pregnant and carrying my toddler while trying to lug laundry in The lady at the counter wouldn't even budge to help me or even grab the door while watching the whole thing. Then I came in and she told me it will be 3 days before she can have my regular wash/fold done. I spoke to gentlemen day before I even drove over here and was assured at the latest Monday if I drop off Saturday. She told me its not morning anymore because its 11am and it was late. She called owner and he approved for Monday by 6pm (as discussed on phone) ....doable. Then she tries 2 charge me $56... I understand business and the cost per lb but after the poor lack of customer service it was just too much to pay for such a horrible experience. read more

DO NOT GO THERE. My machine just broke in the morning, so I had to go there. Service is horrible. The lady (Zoyla) in the front chooses and picks who to give change to. The personnel should be prepared to give change, specially on Saturday's at 8 am. When I got there, I asked her to please change a $5 And when I realized I need another $5, she in an unprofessional tone explained with a nasty attitude that she had change but because she just change $20 to another lady, so right there she decided that she was not going to do it for me. Brought the tablecloths I used for Thanksgiving to this location. When I got them back they looked bright white and were stain-free. I can't believe they were able to get all the gravy and wine stains out! They actually looked whiter than when I bought them. I'll definitely be using them for all my dry cleaning!!! Supposedly this place specializes in Comforters, so I brought mine 1 year old $200 one in to have it cleaned. I picked it up the next day and it was RUINED! There was a huge grease stain that wasn't there before, nothing was cleaned, and the cotton was so bunched up that it wasn't even a blanket anymore. The WORST part is that it SMELLED HORRIBLE. I can't even explain the smell other than it smelled like a TRAILER PARK home and Cat pee. I am the most upset because I am a medical student at Nova and cannot afford another comforter and will only have a sheet to sleep with!... The owner is a HEINOUSLY MEAN lady who just wants to take your money. She wouldn't even consider refunding my money (which was $17.50). She will offer you a credit to come back though!! HILARIOUS!! And she tried to tell me that her laundry place had washed my comforter before, but I have just moved here from Illinois. She is very unprofessional and I hope that no one has to deal with her. Please, learn from my MISTAKE... This place won't stay open long. The place was empty and no one seemed to be bringing their clothes/comforters there. Don't bother going to this place. I called before I left my home with my wet clothes in the vehicle to use their dryers. I asked before I left my home if I come in and use them. When I arrived there I was told the dryers were shut off and could not use them. That they are closing in an hour. How long did you think it was going to take to dry one load of laundry?? What part of I was coming did the lady not understand? This is now twice that I had a negative experience since I lived here and they changed ownership. If its a coin laundry place it should be used as a coin laundry place. It appears to be a laundry/dry cleaning drop off service nothing but a coin laundry mat. Advertise properly. You won't have negative comments left about your company further more when someone calls and asked if they can use your equipment be sure to tell them you plan on closing the place down early. i have had the worst experience with pine lake laundry. we have used them before so we decided to use them again. we dropped off 142lbs of laundry. it was supposed to be ready in 4 days they called the day before it was supposed to be ready and stated that it would be another week. then about 3 times after that they kept calling saying to drop off a deposit AND i could only bring cash and just keep on harassing me about the clothes. when it can down to picking up the laundry i asked the lady to weigh the clothes and it came out to only be 122lbs?!?!?! 20lbs were missing the owner maddy. would not do anything to make the situation better all she kept says was to pay or else she would sell our clothing for a dollar a piece. she is a very rude person that does not care about you all she wants is money!!!
