Apparently, he's shortstaffed these days, and unable to deliver firewood within a reasonable amount of time. By that, I mean one month or less. I ordered on October 1st (thinking that would be enough advance notice to have some wood before winter) only to get it on February 1st. That took a phone call to get too. By that time, winter is half over here in KC, so what was the point? I obviously didn't mean enough to him to get it here in time. That's not how you get repeat business. A bad attitude will kill a business quicker than anything I now. You can't "cherry pick" your customers. Go elsewhere for wood, is my recommendation. You can have the best wood in town and it still won't matter if you treat people poorly.

Finally sent the video on USB. Replacement reel sent, also damaged. They would not look at the pictures of damage, nor replace it again. 2 emails unanswered. 8 pages of correspondence with this company. Accessories were ordered in a different dept. Order canceled (without notifying us) by the person handling the hose reel situation. Rude and condescending. The worst customer service I've seen by a vendor in my 30 plus years in the Lawn Care Industry. I advised I would be reporting them to the BBB. I am assuming a credit will be issued for this reel in a timely fashion. If not, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint. I have every piece of documentation regarding this entire nightmare. This is not how you conduct business with customers. Buyers beware.
