She was down on her hands & knees scrubbing & cleaning the floors. The apartment was probably cleaner than it was when I moved in. They figured out ways for me not to get my deposit back & also I ended up paying them way over $100.00 in more money. I know these companies do not like to give deposits back, but this was ridiculous! I will not recommend for anyone to live in any of their apartment complexes. They will scam you!

They fraudulently collected money from me and then when I asked for it to be fixed they tried to evict me, they have made my family live in FAR LESS than reasonable conditions and then blatantly lied in court while trying to evict me AFTER i filed a complaint with the FHEO office for discriminatory housing practices. (again see the proof) I PROVED the lies and they have continued to harass me anyways. It is INSANE but hey I guess because I cant afford an attorney who cares right? She has a horrible bug problem that management is ignoring! Bugs in her dishwasher and in her refrigerator! She keeps her apartment clean and her trash emptied. The pest control service has come once in 5 months and only put out traps. She has two small children and expecting another child. Management has done NOTHING!!!!
