If i could give 0 stars I would…read more.. don't expect communication, a straight answer, or anything less than gas-lit conversation. Won't take accountability, Bed we got vs showcase. Paraphrasing answers "not a perfect process", "manufactures change product" "no guarantee". First mattress, nothing like the showcase one. not even the same colour or pillow top. extremely uncomfortable. pretty much convinced the second upgraded mattress we got is not right either. not worth the headache to deal with Sleepy George's. No warranty paper work, no 30 day guarantee, just a mans word that its 10 yr(at their discretion). At one point was so fed up. Asked for a refund and for them to come get the mattress I had. "nope wont do that" was their answer. In short.. your lucky if you get the mattress you wanted. If its not what you wanted anticipate being jerked around!
