I was dissatisfied with the work, and despite their agreeing to make it right on several occasions, they have never actually shown up (other than to add soil to a small area) and I remain dissatisfied . June 12, 2025: Do All sent me an invoice for $2,960.60 for the work. July 21, 2025: I contacted Do All because I was dissatisfied with the results. I reported that the soil had sunk significantly where a tank had been, and that despite watering the newly seeded area twice a day, weeds rather than grass were growing. I also raised concerns that the seed appeared to have been applied by hand without being raked in. July-August 2025: Do All said they would pass my concerns along to Sherwood. Some additional soil and seed were eventually added around the sunken area, and some seed sprouted, but I told them that the broader problem remained: much of the area was very firm and largely free of grass. August 19 and October 1, 2025: I continued explaining that the ground was too hard for the seed to establish properly and suggested alternatives such as tilling or adding topsoil. On October 1, I again reported that the issue persisted and that the area was mostly showing crabgrass rather than the desired grass. They agreed to add more seed and soil, but never showed up. April 24, 2026: After the issue remained unresolved, Do All said they would send a contractor to re-spray with seed and mulch. April 27-May 20, 2026: I asked for details and a quote, hoping to have the remaining lawn work done at the same time. Do All said they were getting a quote. May 7-June 1, 2026: I repeatedly followed up. Do All said they were waiting for a quote and later said they were looking for a day to do the work. June 10, 2026: After the prolonged delays, I formally requested a $2,960 refund, citing the poor quality of the initial work, the inadequate attempt to fix it, and the continued lack of progress through the fall, spring, and summer. June 23-25, 2026: I followed up multiple times because I had not received a substantive response. Do All's office manager said she was essentially acting as a messenger, had passed along my messages, and was trying to remind the relevant people every other day. On June 25, I said I wanted the matter resolved because it had dragged on. Aug 4 2026: I again asked Do All for an update. Have not received a response.
