As I waited, they brought out little snacks for the waiting room patients which was such a nice gesture! I was then taken care of by Crystal and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! Not only was she the most genuine person I've ever met at a medical office, she made me feel as if we've been friends forever and I was completely comfortable with her! My nerves about being there went away. She was incredible. I've always had an issue drawing blood and people insisting on going through my arm with a regular needle even after I specifically request a butterfly needle in the hand; not Crystal. She took my advice saying that I knew my body best and letting me know that her goal was to make feel comfortable and not hurt me.
