I tried texting and calling though I only received one text back promising they would try going out again to deliver that day. Which they did not... also the shop phone number wouldn't go through so there was no other way of getting in contact with the shop.

If the flower arrangement is called Scared Duty with red,white, and blue ribbon and flowers why would you think they weren't patriotic? I would not recommend him to anyone. He has no customer service and it's pretty sad the way he talks to people.
