We had a 3 sites by the pool on their Halloween weekend. Our son had his dog along and people constantly kept walking thru the site which would alert their dog. Check in was easy. Food is awesome!!! Cons: kids each paid $15 for a wristband for activities that were either out of order or not running! When we asked about it the girl that was overseeing the area said she'd have to get someone from management- they never came. We ( there were 11 of us) went for a fish fry on Friday night and pizza in bar and had one of the rudest bartenders ever. Both ladies were nice- but the guy was a real jerk. When we asked about the costume judging and the site judging we couldn't get a straight answer as to when the judging was taking place so decided to not even decorate our site. Also we were told that we couldn't put any stakes in the ground because the electric and water lines weren't buried deep enough on the sites. Sites were big, food was great. Other than that I don't think I'd stay there again. read more

The owner is very rude and discriminatory. This is not a safe place to go to if you are anything other than white. I felt uncomfortable by the looks we were getting and the way the rules were enforced to only specific people on our campsite. It's a very cool place, but the staff are sticklers and we felt like we were constantly being watched when the owner personally drove past our campsite dozens of times. The owner needs an attitude check and a lesson in customer service etiquette. read more

We have a blast halloween weekend! My kids enjoyed the arcade and playground! Loved that the extras like mini golf were included. One negative was our campsite flooded with over 5 inches of water during a storm. They had a pump in the back corner of our site but it wasnt working. Definitely a few really low sites, but they were quick to bring an extra pump to remove the water, but it took all night to dry out. Do not recommend site 101 if rain is forecasted. read more

The owner is not a nice person and does NOT treat his guests well. My grandson was there this weekend and tried using a remote control car for the first time. Owner yelled at him for going off the track. My grandson had never used one before and was learning. If you claim to be family friendly, then you should be more tolerant. read more

They were very accommodating when we had to postpone our visit, help with rescheduling, and then when we decided to stay additional days, they worked everything out very smoothly. Had the lasagna special on Saturday and it was delicious. Looked/tasted homemade. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool. Good live music. Great experience. read more

The candy bar bingo was great, and no one even won in our party. We then went to eat, it was ok only. Chicken strips could have been bigger, and the fish fry was just ok. Our sites were gravel and not very level read more

We went to Petey's Pub which is located in this cabin this past Saturday night while on a weekend getaway. We heard the homemade pizza was good so we ordered and it was okay. Sauce was good and it was delivered fast and hot to our table. However, it was a bit undercooked and the toppings were a bit sauce (we had added bacon/sausage/mushroom and on a 16 inch pizza we had a couple slices that had 1 piece of sausage. The vibe of the place was cool. They have music in a larger outside seating area that has coverage and little lights. Looks like they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner so we would come back and try something else for sure. read more

Wouldn't let us drive through with our 5 year old special needs to look at the campground to see if it would fit his needs. Just to look for 5 min. We drove 45 min to get there. Said campground was having a busy weekend. It was raining. No where on the website does it say no driving through when it's busy??? Apparently they have issues letting families with special needs camp there. Will never entertain this place again. [Only gave it a 1 cause yelp made me.] read more

Since new ownership this place has gone down hill. Seasonal residents told me that they were subject to a 10% rate increase with no updates to the facility. We had been coming here for years but will not support any longer. If you have any sort of atv/utv vehicles please make sure you are in a designated camping spot. For the first time this weekend, we were forced to leave because management placed us in a non atv/utv site even with knowing we had them. There is a spot on the website to check and pay for when booking. It's not like we just showed up with them. Pineland is not an atv/utv friendly establishment. We were told that our off road equipment had to be parked on the other side of the campground next to the road. As Ive had stuff stolen before, this was unacceptable. Management told us to leave since we were not ok with the "rules". Please do your research before booking if you're looking at this place as a way to ride the trails. You will be disappointed. New ownership does not care about customer service...only profits. This place will change hands again because of this. Mark my words! read more

This is a cool place . It has many nice activities for kids like mini golf and a giant slide beautiful well kept up pool. Bikes are provided to ride. The young staff don't seem interested in helping or their job . One attendant was sleeping at her post. My kids were afraid to ask her for help ! I was mad !! As well , my grandson overheard a worker complaining about working with "the re@&$$". Meaning the counselors with special needs children who were there! The r word. Come on! read more

We were not notified, we checked our e-mails in case we missed it, we would of had no problem at all if common courtesy was shown and our belongings put back but we thought we were vandalized it was such a mess. Our trailer was NOT abandoned it was just a few feet from our ATVs it is used for towing them. Everyone has their ATV trailers on their site. If this is a new rule and we over looked it, we apologize for that. read more

GREAT Campground! We took some of our grandkids there for a 2 night stay and they had a blast! We rented one of the campers which fit us all nicely with plenty of room. Very clean and well kept. The activities, restaurant and staff were all excellent! I would highly recommend this campground! read more

Great small campground! Kids enjoyed using the blow up water slide and pedal carts. Ordered pizza from the bar and enjoyed it on their outside back patio while we played foosball & carpet ball. Pool was very cold! Nice relaxing stay! read more

Pineland campground is a pretty nice campground. We got a site by pool that was a huge lot. Next to our site though people did use it as a walk way to get to and from pool. This is a kid and family friendly camp site. They have many things to do for kids, while also offering a lot of stuff for adult. The owners seemed pretty cool. The bathrooms were the cleanest ive ever seen at a campground. The only problem I had with that is they were cleaning them 3 times I went use them. Other than that my only problem is that they were pressure washing the pool area at 730 in the morning every morning. Also they had a leaf blower going before 8 am. So if you're looking to sleep in don't get a site by the pool area. read more

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with our stay. 3 nights. Campsite is decent. However, with 3 kids - Bring your bank acct. They charge for the kids to do ALL of their activities. The only things that are free... Bathrooms, pool & play ground. It's 50 cents for a 5min shower.. It's $35 for each kid over 50" & $28 for those under 50". This allows them to go on the jumping pillow, play golf on a crappy mini golf area, then they have a few other activity things in a shed. It's truly ridiculous. Lots of flooded sites that could totally use a fixing. The full hook up sites are another story.. They need some serious help with fixing the hook up issues. My husband shouldn't need to pop out on occasion to make sure it's all flowed out. The pipes should be underground & shouldn't need to be rigged to work properly. Overall, we were disappointed. I get the new owners have had it for only 2yrs, but if you compare this with other places we've been... like Pride of America or Plymouth Rock.. it's not worth the $170+ at all. Needless to say, we won't be back! read more

Easily a 5/5 We had an amazing Fourth of July weekend at Pineland Camping Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The owner personally escorted us to our campsite and was always around the grounds--not only approachable and friendly, but clearly dedicated to keeping the park clean and running smoothly. The staff and even other campers were incredibly helpful and kind, which really added to the sense of community. The entire campground is very family-friendly and accommodating, making it the perfect spot for a holiday weekend getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and family-oriented camping experience. We'll definitely be back! read more
