She fixed an issue that none of your representatives could clearly explain to me over the course of 4 months! While i wanted to speak with a supervisor, she tried to get one but none were coming to pick up the call so she didnt want to keep me waiting and she was patient and heard me out. She didn't interupt or sigh heavily over the phone making me feel unheard. Then she clearly communicated what was the issue that I was told incorrectly by other representatives and she resolved it! Just like that ! WoW! What a relief! Please give Ms. Thornton her flowers, and possibly promote her to a supervisor role if she wants it! Since you clearly do have a shortage of supervisors. She is great! Thank you very much.

After inspecting the damage, an Intex representative said that this defect was within their manufacturing specs and that if I want a perfect finish, I should sand and paint the trim myself. If you're purchasing PVC trim as a low maintenance solution, please be aware that Intex considers gouges in their product to be within their tolerance and they expect you to paint and sand the product to achieve an acceptable finish.

They came to my apartment complex and pressure washed my balcony as well as the ground and walls of my apartment, including other surrounding apartments. EVERYTHING WAS SOAKED. No one gave us any thought or consideration as to tell us to move our things inside and had they done that it would have been fine. 0/10 would not recommend, be careful. Their reviews may look nice but probably bc they removed any negative reviews. stay safe out there
