First, she moved our appointment back a half hour to 7pm when technically her last appointment is 6:30pm. Our buy was about 45 minutes. Aldora sat and chatted with us and made us feel so comfortable and never once said anything negative about having to wait for the buyer. Turns out, an hour and a half later, things didn't work out with the buyer. With the title already stamped, I wasn't sure what to do. In between contacting the DMV to see what I had to do, Aldora answered all of my phone calls and texts and gave very reassuring words. We are 1:30 minutes from her location so having to go back and forth would not be a very viable option. She has commuted well with me and has been open to answering any and al questions with the next buyer. Her only concern is with making sure my car gets sold the right way (legally) and so we aren't stuck with a huge mess that the first interested buyer turned out to be.
