From the outset Nate was indifferent to our needs and seemed only interested in selling a house. When we tried to get him to negotiate on our behalf he would reply with some excuse as to why he couldn't. In all honesty I have no faith that he actually reached out to the builder. When we viewed homes it was clear Nate did not do any research as he knew nothing about the house or the builder. The final straw is when I informed Nate that another builder was able to work with us on certain aspects of the home buying process. His answer was rude and unprofessional, telling us to go with them then. We ultimately decided to go with the other builder, DRB homes, because we got everything we wanted at the price we wanted and were treated with respect and dignity.

Complete lack of communication, shoddy repairs to my property leading to an excess of $20k worth of damages. She even forced a good tenant to move out because she completely misread an email where i stated "we are planning on selling in the future." Little did she know that this tenant was a former coworker of mine who was completely embarrassed by how Nancy handled the situation. Stear clear. I just wanted to update my review to add that after battling with Nancy for the last two weeks, she has been unable to provide documentation on inspections performed of my property. She has blamed damages on our initial tenant dating back to 2011 and hasn't even offered an apology when i have been able to prove, time and time again, that the damages were not there in 2014 based on the only inspection report we received. And while, she agreed to pay us over $1000 in damages, she hasn't been professional enough to extend an apology.
