My mom went there after work to collect the last of her belongings to find out that a man was already there and sleeping in a sleeping bag. She got the rest of her things including her laptop to find that this dude was on her laptop all day and had downloaded music illegally and had access to her personal documents and access to her bank account among other important accounts. He has been using the utilities in my mother's name as well all day. Dave the manager didn't even check the apartment and LIED that there was going to be a cleaning crew coming in after my moms lease was up to determine if she was going to get her deposit back. My mom lives very clean and the apartment was spotless, compared to the nasty cabinets and bathroom that she had to clean upon moving in last year. Do not rent here! We expect a full deposit AND they are responsible for paying for my moms laptop to be cleaned ASAP! This is so unprofessional and must be fixed immediately or we will take legal action.

We had a severe roach infestation in our unit that the managers did not fix, no matter how many times they sprayed. We had a mold problem that ruined most of our clothes and shoes. Management gave us a dehumidifier and did nothing else. We had a leaky ceiling that ruined our bath mat and caused severe floor damage. Management said there was nothing they could do. We had neighbors fighting upstairs and next door. Management changed the locks to the laundry building and charged us 50 dollars for a REPLACEMENT KEY if we lost ours. The pool was also LOCKED every time we tried to use it during summer! Cops constantly came to the premises. We felt very unsafe and disrespected here. ONLY come here if this is your last resort, all-else-fails option. Rent is OUTRAGEOUS and managers DO NOT CARE. Maintenance tries their best but not up to standard. Dirty, run-down apartments, with bad parking, bad repairs, and bad reputation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ventilation consisted of very small, very old window units which were never enough in the summer. Worst of all was the management. They treated you like any maintenance issues were somehow your fault. They were notorious for stealing your move-in deposit claiming you didn't adequately clean the apartment at move out no matter how spotless the place was scrubbed. Granted, this was nearly 10 years ago. If they have new management the place may be lovely now. However, given how drab the place still looks when I drive by I somehow doubt it.

The people working in the office were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. The people I met that lived. There were very very nice. The grounds were clean. Neighbors on both sides have dogs who bark nearly the entire time they're gone. They've had more than 3 complaints yet they're still here. Both the police & animal control say it's their job to do something but nobody can make them. This is the 4th low income apartment complex I've lived in & this is the 3rd time I'm going to have to move because people don't follow rules & the apartments don't enforce them. On top of this they have monthly housekeeping inspections which is harassment as far as I'm concerned. Then when you call them about something broken it takes weeks to months for them to fix or replace.

Not only am I irritated about the carpet but I thought it was standard practice to paint between tenants but apparently the owners believe those bills are left for the prior tenant to pick up and not a cost of doing business. I was in labor and everyone was running around to get to the hospital and they was standing at my door arguing saying i didnt pay my rent till i had a contraction and told them to get the hell out my apartment!!! no parking because everyones friends stay at the apartment leaving people who pay rent park on the other side of the building. dont let them fool you.. they are really nice when you are looking at the apartments but as soon as you sign the lease they are jerks!!!! and God forbid you have something wrong in the apartment happen and you have to say something.. anyways dont rent here... I ended up moving out 6 months in my lease and still had to pay the rent. They dont let you pay a fee to get out of the lease early like most apartments. truely I wouldnt of given them one star if it wasnt required!!!!
