When we moved in, the apartment was still dirty, and the keys didn't work. The rent was raised $50-$100 at the end of every lease, yet the property is always getting worse. Flooded sidewalks (actual rivers when it rains), the fences have all fallen or rotted away (except for RIGHT in front of the office. Absolutely nobody picks up after their dogs, and the walls are more thin than paper. They rented me an apartment that was the style of the apartment complex owners before them, they renovated almost all of the others, and charged me the same for my un-renovated apartment. I've never seen the maintenance workers more than a month, and good luck getting maintenance done. I told them my dishwasher flooded my apartment (never used it) and they continued to let it happen saying it was a 'drain problem'. Then they were informed that my stove was sparking, they still did nothing. This place should be avoided like the plague.

They overcharge, and keep your deposit I put in a 60 day notice to move out (letter)and they still took 425 out my deposit. Don't take note of anything, before I moved in I took note of everything that was broke or not in good shape the charged me to fix it this place is a joke, horrible customer service. If something needs to be fixed they get it done! And in a timely manner too! If something does take a minute they will keep you updated! I would recommend to everyone!
