Decided last minute to rent a cabin in April when the weather was nice! New owners were great!…read more Booked on the phone and paid in full with credit card at a very reasonable price! Met with owners upon check in and had a great conversation with them about the area, activities, etc and they personally escorted us to our cabin. Cabins are located right next to the bath house and fishing pond. Bath house was exceptionally clean and well cared for! 2 showers provided excellent water pressure as well has 3 bathroom stalls which were all immaculate. It was opening weekend so there weren't too many campers around us so that was a plus. The fire ring and picinic table were great! The cabin itself was very primitive but clean and had brand new mattresses. I recommend a camp roll for comfort. The AC worked perfectly as well! I would recommend bringing a small table for meal prep, etc. The downside is that it does not include a mini fridge so I had to cooler and ice our food for 3 days which was a minor inconvenience. Location is great and right in the middle of all the fishing and outdoor activities that we love in Linesville and Pymatuning! Their fishing pond is great too! I would HIGHLY recommend this campground to anyone! The owners are great and really care about their property and the people there! They definately made us feel welcome! We will definately return!

I've been camping here since I was little. I'm partial to this place for that reason. The 1 room…read morecabins (2 of them) are convenient. They are $40/night. 2 tenting sites available for $18/night. The bathrooms are very clean. There is a pond to go paddle boating or canoeing. A pavilion is available for gatherings. They used to have fishing contests for kids and hayrides...they don't do that anymore. It is basically an entertain yourself campground. The spillway is close. Jamestown beach is close as well. It is quiet there and friendly people are always around. They have Christmas in July for the campers and pot luck most Saturdays. Tip: tent site 1 is a good site. It has trees and cabin 2 is the better cabin just because the ground outside of the cabin is a little flatter than the other cabin. The rooms have 1 queen and 1 set of bunk beds.

We visited our friend's camper at Holiday Camplands, on a July weekend. They were celebrating and…read more"all seasons" weekend, so there were lots of activities going on! They have a full calendar of events, golfing, swimming, a large lake and many more activities. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone looking to get away for the weekend or buy in!

I've been camping at Holiday Camplands several times in the summer and absolutely love the place…read more It's a nice "home away from home". It's a pretty large campsite, much larger than other local campgrounds. There is plenty to do there for children and adults, alike. There are two separate swimming pools, a large one located near the Clubhouse and the other, which is a bit smaller but still large enough for several people, located near the front of the campsite. There is a small playground located near the Clubhouse, as well, with a few swing sets and slides for children to play on. Holiday also contains its own golf course and a small mini golf (putt-putt) course. I'm 24 and had fun playing putt-putt there. Gault lake is also located in the campground. I believe that paddle boats/small boats are allowed in the lake, and it is stocked with fish for fishing, but there is no swimming permitted. There are various events that Holiday Campgrounds holds for adults and kids. There are teen/adult dances held at the pavilion near the clubhouse, and there are usually some decent local bands and DJ's there on the weekend. They hold bingo once in a while, which I have never been to, but would enjoy going to in the near future. There are also movie showings, which are typically aimed towards children and are usually showings of older movies. There is also a nice camp store located on the premises. It's a pretty basic camp store that stocks several camp-friendly groceries, candy, coffee/slush drinks, personal care products, and a lot of alcohol. There are three eateries located on the campsite. The pizza joint is decent. I tried their pizza last night and, while it wasn't anything to brag about, it was decent enough. They do, however, have delicious garlic bread sticks that are to die for! Prices are decent too. Kellie's Kones is also located near the Clubhouse and while the flavors and options there are minimal, the ice cream tastes good and the prices are fair. I would not recommend eating at Sandy's concession stand, though. I made the mistake of ordering a salad and order of fried pickles there and was shocked to find out that the portions that I was given were ridiculous for the rather expensive price. The salad was priced similarly to that of a sit-down restaurant and it was pathetically small. I was given four small fried pickles, too, and paid a premium for them. I would never eat there again. Overall, this place is really nice. I give it 5 stars because of all of the entertainment that the place offers and the friendliness of the staff.

When we arrived, the owner explained about not transporting firewood., and buying it from this place. All campers most likely know this already. Understandable, since live trees are a valuable asset to the campground and surrounding area. Disease and bugs that kill trees are a problem to be avoided. Store is well stocked, adequate laundry facilities. Nice amenities for families. We are birders, so found this campground convenient to Presque Isle SP and Erie NWR. Also saw birds and bunnies around the campground, fish and a snapping turtle in beautiful pond. We stayed 5 nights, got to chat with the owners numerous times, no complaints. Rules are reasonable and necessary to keep the place enjoyable. We were refunded money before our stay for an extra person we thought might be coming, but didn't. We saw parents and children enjoying themselves fishing and riding rented pedal cars. The only person I saw getting " yelled at" by owner was a lady who took her dog into the restroom. ( the one that had the dog park beside it) So I personally can't agree with the one-star reviews. Read them for entertainment, if you have time to waste. . Met a couple who come every year, and we would be happy to return also. This is our first time in this part of PA. Staying at this KOA was a great part of our trip,

This was my third stay and we were having a great stay as usual. I did see the lady owner going around at night checking everyone's site for firewood not purchased at their store. They did try to throw one guy out because he brought in some of his own. He basically told them where to go. They are definitely very strict on their rules, which is usually a good thing. However, we accidentally broke a rule they verbally attacked us using frequent profaniy before I could make it right. My cousin's widow saw my post that we were in town and stopped to say hi. Before she could get out of her car, the male owner come fliying up at high speed on his golf cart and started yelling at us about a guest. I instructed my friend where to park and where the office was. She tried to pay the guest fee for her and her son and the female owner kept pointing to the card reader. When my friend said she has cash twice, the owner then said, "Get out immediately, we don't need your attitude" To make matters worse and to show their negative attitude the male owner then saw my daughter coming back to the camper. (They were registered guests with the proper tag) He sped in front of her car, slammed on the brakes and started yelling her about speeding when she obviously wasn't. VERY BAD PEOPLE OWN THIS PLACE AS of 7/7/26
