On delivery day we had an issue but that's on me, one section wouldn't fit thru the door. After the young delivery men called there boss and asked a few questions on how to handle it, I came up with a plan. I asked if they could wrap it up return it to Gills and store if for a few weeks until I had time to deal with it, I'm self employed and extremely busy. Well I got a window ready to remove from my home and had Gills lined up to deliver it the next day. They showed up we put it thru the window in less than 10 minutes flat. They were more than gracious to help and did not charge an extra delivery fee and we live in Bigfork. Both times the delivery boys were polite, nice, professional and very accommodating. I believe the salesmen's name was Cayden who was very helpful throughout the selection, ordering and delivery process. I would highly recommend Gills Furniture.

We just bought a $3M house on the lake and are starting our interior design. Maybe they didn't like my husbands Carhart coat or my lack of makeup, but luckily we can afford to take our business elsewhere.

The prices have been good. But this last time, the customer service was so terrible. I hired help to come with a truck and trailer to load up my carpet and drove 40 minutes to get here. We arrived half an hour before their closing, but they refused to give us our product because they would have to stay late. So I had to return empty handed and pay the same truck and trailer to come back the following day. They refused to make the cuts that my carpet installer needed and made us make our own cuts. When we did so, we found that they didn't sell us the amount of carpet we paid for. The workers on the floor admitted the mistake but said it was the fault of the front desk lady (who was not present the second day), and because the carpet was cut, it was our responsibility. I have more flooring to purchase, but I'm done with these guys. Not helpful at all.
