We bought a new sectional sofa there. We ordered what we wanted and it came in almost to the day of…read morewhen they said it would. On delivery day we had an issue but that's on me, one section wouldn't fit thru the door. After the young delivery men called there boss and asked a few questions on how to handle it, I came up with a plan. I asked if they could wrap it up return it to Gills and store if for a few weeks until I had time to deal with it, I'm self employed and extremely busy. Well I got a window ready to remove from my home and had Gills lined up to deliver it the next day. They showed up we put it thru the window in less than 10 minutes flat. They were more than gracious to help and did not charge an extra delivery fee and we live in Bigfork. Both times the delivery boys were polite, nice, professional and very accommodating. I believe the salesmen's name was Cayden who was very helpful throughout the selection, ordering and delivery process. I would highly recommend Gills Furniture.

Although the woman sitting at a desk in the showroom said hello as we passed, she didn't bother to get up or ask if she could help. There were no less than four employees and no other customers. We just bought a $3M house on the lake and are starting our interior design. Maybe they didn't like my husbands Carhart coat or my lack of makeup, but luckily we can afford to take our business elsewhere.

There are sections that I just wanted to buy and set it right up in my house. I flew there so I had no options. I did buy some hand milled soap that smells delicious and some darling hand painted Easter Eggs. Plan to spend at least an hour here and I'm so Thankful I had time to while away on a snowy afternoon
