I am extremely dissatisfied with the Doctor, his staff their billing service…read more I went there for gastritis and didn't see the doctor for my first visit . I was seen by a nurse practioner who gave me some tips none of them were helpful. They recommended me endoscopic proceedure for which They charged me 1000 dollars upfront , I paid that money in cash in good faith. They billed my insurance and Later they send me bill of 265 dollars as my deductible. I called several times to clarify the issue that office has already charged me 1000 dollars and each time they said that I still have to pay the amount. Frustrated with their staff I called up my insurance and asked for clarification, they told me that the doctor office is in contract with the insurance and they are not suppose to charge you the amount. The kind insurance lady made a three way call and clinic staff admitted that they are at fault and THEY OWE ME THE MONEY. So this is the case of over billing and fraud billing which is not resolved till date . I never recieved my money back which should roughly between500 to 700 dollars. If I call them they just put me on hold for several hours. Carolina who is handling this issue Shd be hold accountable cos this issue is still ongoing. I DONT TRUST THIS DOCTOR AND THEIR STAFF

My recent visit to Dr. Lantin, for a colonoscopy was very pleasant…read more They called me on time and all procedures completed with one hour. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant including Dr. Lantin. Even though it was Covid season there was no reason for any concern, all social distancing precautions were in place. Thank you Dr. Lantin & team Antony K.

Dr Kavaler saved my life. After dragging my feet for years I finally listened to him and had my…read moreColonoscopy. Quite a few polyps were removed. Not sure why I always ignored my health tests but I'm glad I now take my health more seriously. Having his wife Dr Jill Kavaler as my Anesthesiologist made the experience even better. They are really nice people on top of being great Doctors. I wasn't very comfortable when I arrived for my 1st Colonoscopy but the Ladies at the Front quickly made me feel relaxed and glad I came. I wasn't handed a bunch of papers to fill out like some other Medical places do. Everything was nice and seamless and quick but not rushed. The staff were all extremely nice. Thanks to Shayiqua, Chelsea, Yariette and Janice up front and Chris and Riley who did my intake. Thanks to Tammy and Alejandra, Jonathan and Daniel, Emilio and Daribel. Big thanks again to Drs Leo and Jill Kavaler and the entire team!

I had a very disappointing experience at this office today when I arrived for my SIBO breath test…read more From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk was hostile and unwelcoming. I explained that I had never received the preparation instructions for the test. Rather than trying to help or find a solution, she immediately focused on telling me that I had opened the patient portal more than 10 days ago. I've never been to a medical office that sends critical test instructions so far in advance of the appointment and assumes patients will remember to go back and review them days later. A simple reminder closer to the appointment would have prevented this situation. Instead of showing empathy or working with me to resolve the issue, she raised her voice, repeatedly told me to "take accountability," and handled the interaction in an extremely confrontational and unprofessional manner. I felt like I was being scolded rather than helped. The entire exchange was unnecessarily uncomfortable and stressful. Customer service, especially in healthcare, should be centered on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those qualities here. The interaction left me feeling so uncomfortable that I no longer feel safe or confident having my SIBO test performed at this location. I hope the practice invests in customer service and conflict resolution training for its front desk staff, because no patient should be treated this way.
