Stop looking, this is the place! From the moment I made contact with these guys, I felt like I was in good hands. I told them my situation (horrible chemical damage from pressure washing company), and they got me in quickly to assess the damage and figure out what they could do. I arrived, and was immediately impressed at their beautifull shop and showroom.
I was greeted by Jose and Fran, two of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting in a good while. It was like we were already good friends right off the bat. I didnt get that fake feeling either, these are genuine good people.
They quickly assessed the damage and condition of the paint with special equipment, and did a test patch for me to show exactly what he could do. As we were chatting, I soon realized I was dealing with people who have a true passion for what they do. My anxiety over the situation washed away as Jose and Fran assured me they could bring my poor car back to beautifull. Before I knew it, I had piece of mind, and an appointment just a few days later, which was perfect for my schedual.
Fast foreward to pickup. I arrive at the shop and am warmly greeted once again. My car was in the middle of the showroom, with a car cover for the big reveal. It was an experience. My jaw dropped as they lifted the cover. My car looked better than when I bought it 10 years ago. I was in awe of how nice it came out. They went over everything they did and made sure I was completely satisfied. Did I mention they gave me a complimentary interior cleaning, and also ceramic coated my windshield as a surprise? To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They even polished my headlights and my custom exhaust tips!
It is also worth noting that they are so stand up, that when they realized they mis quoted me (low) on the price originally, they honored the price, with absolutely no push back. That in itself speaks volumes. Their prices are way more than fair, and im talking about the regular price. They came in 25% cheaper than the other shop I considered. The other shop also was not going to do half the work Jose and Fran did, let alone the extras they so nicely hooked me up with.
Before I left, they answered all my questions, and are setting me up with some products they recommend to keep my car looking great. We chatted for a few, and I left feeling like part of the High Contrast family. I already have my next service planned for my wifes car! I Look foreward to the great service, and seeing Jose and Fran again. These guys rock!
