What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Easy scheduling online for full exterior detail service. Set up for 9:30am the next day. When the crew was 15 minutes out they called me to let me know they were on the way. They arrived a couple of minutes before the scheduled time. The 2 young men came over and introduced themselves then explained what the service I ordered consisted of, then they asked if I had any concerns. Then they went to it. 2 hours later they were done. Honestly, my truck was in serious need and they saw to it. There wasn't a thing that didn't look phenomenal! The team that did my truck were so polite and professional - making the experience even better. I'll be here again next year with every intention of hiring them again!! read more

I was met on time and communication was very good. I asked for the "Showroom" detail as I had come off a road trip and had deep grime and bugs on a white car. What I can tell you was 3 hours later I could have driven this car onto a dealers lot and they could put in in the show room. All bugs gone interior spotless. Thanks for delivering on your promise. I was able to make a reservation online last night and Oscar showed up at my home exactly as scheduled. I am really stunned that he was able to make a 2015 suv that had been used as a work vehicle in construction look practically brand new inside and out. Totally exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him and the company. When I made the reservation, I actually chose a more detailed service than what I needed -I chose the service that included cleaning the engine or something accidentally and he spoke to his boss and they applied the difference in price to my smaller 2 seater sports car and again went above and beyond. He was clean, respectful and did a very, very good job. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend. I would give a 4.5 Star option if it was available. I was very impressed with the work done, however, I feel there could have been a slight more attention to detail for the price. Perhaps this may have been my fault. I originally booked an appt for a Full Interior. When they arrived I requested at the last moment if possible they do the Show Room Ready Package which included the Interior and Exterior, and I added on the Scotchguard service. I am VERY IMPRESSED with how well they cleaned the inside. I have a brand new 2015 that I only recently started smoking in a few months ago. Major mistake on my part. I have tried cleaning it a few times over much to my own frustration with the cig ashes that get in EVERYWHERE! MMD was able to get probably 99.9% of those cig ashes removed, which was a MAJOR sigh of relief for someone that has been beating themselves up for ever making the decision to smoke in there to begin with. Perhaps I should have paid the extra for the headliner to be cleaned, however at already a $225 bill (this included a discount and a tip), I was trying to cut corners where I could. The headliner did not look like it needed it, but perhaps it would have helped with the smell a bit more. MMD was able to get about 85% of the smell out with the interior clean. It no longer smelled like an ashtray, but still had a light stale smell. I believe if any of their products would have been scented, this would have gone completely overlooked. However, I know may have allergies so unscented products are probably safer for many individuals. I did not notice anything they missed on the interior in the cleaning, and it looked almost new. They even were able to get stains out of my passenger seat I was scared would be there forever! As far as the exterior, I do feel for the overall price they could have cleaned things a bit better, as there were a few spots that seemed missed. Easy to reconize on a car that is stored on 10.5 acres of dirt/trees. Again, this may have been my fault for adding on the extra stuff at the last minute and perhaps they were on a time crunch with another appointment coming up. They did however manage to remove some light scratches on the outside of my drivers side door. Overall, while it was very pricey in my opinion, and I wish the exterior and inner smell were a bit better, I still do not regret my decision. The staff was friendly, nothing was damaged, and they relieved me of a HUGE burden of doing such an extensive cleaning job myself which would have taken 5x longer and cost me a ton of frustration. I will def use their services again if I ever need stains removed or the interior redone. Hopefully it will never be in such rough shape again though since I have quit smoking since the cleaning of my car, and perhaps next time I will not have to spring for such a pricey package. read more

It was pricey for a small car but they did an excellent job, except that they did not clean the back of one floor mat. My car had road bugs and hurricane debris in the windshield well. They got rid of that and my car looks beautiful. I gave four stars instead of five because the price was a bit high, but even so I would probably use them again. read more
