She walked with me to the place that she said handle her checks. A private mail services. They told her, in front of me that had no way of knowing, for all they do is handler her mailing. They recommended they {she) stop payment on the check. She said no, but let go to the bank. I met her at her bank. The bank told her no check every cleared the bank, that she should stop payment on the check. She said no, it would have to be six month, to besure. Now fourteen months latter and still she has not paid me., contacted me. Its a shame I now am taking her to small claim court. Stay tune.

I purchased an adorable wrap-around striped shirt. I should have tried it on the store but I did not. I tried it on when I got back to my friends house and it didn't fit quite right. I didn't have time to return it Sunday and the store was closed Mondays and that's the day I went home to Jacksonville. I called the store Tuesday and the owner was willing to work with me. I mailed the shirt to the store and she gave me a store credit that I could use online. That is exceptional customer service! Which was much appreciated as the shirt was $26! And I have no doubt that I'll find something cute online. Update: I found another piece that I loved on the FB page and it is in the mail to me now. Can't wait until it arrives!
