110% recommend coming to Five Fish here in the Sponge Docks. Amelia, one of the service reps was outstanding in assisting me with finding the right gifts. I was blown away by the options she was able to present, from many beautiful rings to even more profound charms, especially on a Holiday such as Christmas. Everything shown seemed priced just as it should be, and Amelia was not pushing nasty sales tactics and rather letting me view at my own pace. I went in to this store and was totally ignored. I came in to support local businesses. I was getting some Greek cookies from Hellas and then went to this store. The ladies did not help me. when I said something they ignored me. So I went and supported Pandora directly at the mall. I spent $600, could have gone to a local business but they rather talk about their expensive coffee. If you need Pandora the Clearwater Mall has a store and they are super friendly!!!! read more

EDIT: still 0 stars. The anklet I got (and got burned in the process) broke on the 3rd day and I was told it was "outside of their warranty window". If I could give zero stars I would! Went in to get a permanent anklet and took forever to get service. There were not a lot of customers, but the 2 women working seemed very preoccupied. Once selecting the chain for my anklet I sat down to have it put on and ended up being burned by the welding machine because the setting was placed too high. The woman apologized and offered to retry after adjusting the settings. The second attempt went about as well as the first, I was not burnt but the weld did not hold. She attempted again, and the third time was successful. After all of this I went to the register where I was charged FULL price. I was not even offered a discount after being burnt. The anklet is pretty, but the blister growing on my foot is something I definitely could have gone without.... read more

Super cute little shop in the courtyard area. The woman working there was really friendly and welcoming. They had a few different styles of things in the shop which I really like. They carry some namebrand jewelry like Alex and Ani and Pandora. I was also able to find some jewelry that I've only ever seen online so it was great to be able to try that on too. They also had a really cute section for babies with adorable books and plush toys. Definitely glad we found this hidden gem! read more

I LOVE Tarpon Springs, I know it's touristy, but it's also rich with history and considered Little Greek~ my daughter and I spent a few hours and happily popped into this shop because of the "Life is Good" sign hanging out front. I ended up buying a t-shirt, and yes it was a Life is Good shirt, my daughter who wanted to go in ended up getting a lip balm called BitchStix- it was too hilarious to pass up and a set of hair scrunchies. The big thing was the customer service- the young woman running the shop was so kind and couldn't believe that Crystin was my daughter and I am just weeks from becoming a grandmom. Crystin's big pregnant belly is so obvious that she is ready! Tina was her name and she was fantastic! I love the personal connections made! That's why you shop local! read more

I was excited to find a stuffed animal here I'd been debating buying online but had never seen in person. It was adorable and I was going to purchase it until I realized the sales associate shifted from the front of the store and repositioned herself over my shoulder to intently watch me shuffle through a few more of the stuffed animals. So disappointing to feel like you're being treated like a potential criminal when I was excited to make the purchase. I would much rather shop local than buy from a corporate website however I refuse to support this store after receiving this kind of treatment. Saw a similar post on here from 4 years ago regarding the same behavior from sales associates. Makes me wonder how many sales they've lost due to making their paying customers feel uncomfortable. Was my first time visiting this location and I am so glad I stopped in! there There are soooooo...many cool and interesting things to look at and gift ideas. One of the owners Laura had to be the worst customer service person ever. I asked for a toe ring. She took me over to where they have wraparound or the ring tight. I told her I wanted the ring type. She proceeded to tell me three different times that I am not listening to her properly. She said maybe I need to go to another store. It just got worse before it got better needless to say I have spent hundreds of dollars in the store on Pandora items. My friend and I go to leave the store. She stood there with the door open. I told her I guess I'll have to come back when they have a friendly customer service person that wants to make a sale. This place was awful awful awful. When I went there two years ago, they had the best workers ever. Laura was my worst experience I've ever had with any kind of person that deals with the public. read more

Absolutely beautiful store. I was browsing with my 12 year old daughter and husband. At first the clerk seemed attentive and then it became clear she thought we were going to steal something. My daughter loves looking at trinkets and jewelry. I was planning on buying her something of her choosing so she was taking her time looking. Every time we got even close to something the store clerk was right there staring at us. Its one thing to be precautious and attentive. Its entirely different to stare down your customers. Although I shouldn't need to say this as you shouldn't judge someone based on their appearance but we were all nicely dressed. I told my daughter I would buy her something at another store. I refuse to give my money to a business that treats customers as this clerk did. read more

Nice store but the staff were rude, the signage was incorrect on sale and we felt we were attacked by the sales staff when we asked a question. I visit 4 times a year. My sister now lives in the area and we will both never go back again. We spent $250 in one day alone. So unfortunately for them this Florida gift shop has lost some consumer dollars. read more

Make sure you read their return policy! Wanted to exchange an item but the item I chose was out of stock. No refund! They happily ordered and told me it would ship 5 days later. A month later, still no item so I call. Promised to call me on Monday with a status - that was a week ago. My advice - shop elsewhere. read more
