The fact that one of their employees was denied base access speaks volumes about who they are hiring. Military families stay away from this company. Totally unreliable and left us stranded with no movers due to the last minute cancellation. They offered no solution for us other than they had no one else to help us move. Overall my experience with these movers was fairly good. Although, there were times during the…read moreplanning phase where there were gaps in communication due to information and availability. Everything was picked up and delivered on time,but a couple of our Items were unable to be assembled because the screws and bolts were not packaged and shipped along with the rest of the items. The folks who dropped off we're supposed to follow up with us about this, but we ended up getting called by the company and having to fill out a claim form, still being processed now. The physical movers that showed up at our house were very friendly and helpful. They packed very efficiently and made almost everything fit. Again, most of the process ran smooth with just a couple of bumps in the road so I'd recommend using them just be careful with assembled items and make sure they are documented and accounted for.

After moving our move out day a week they still were unable to provide us with packers and movers. On top of everything they were sitting on our contract instead of sending it back to military after they openly admitted they did not have anyone to provide the service. It took many hours sitting in offices and $300 due to having to extend our move out date AGAIN, and the military taking them off our contract to find us the needed services. They took up all of our wiggle room and waited till the final hour to do anything. I will say even though I felt as if nothing was done for our contract they always answered the phone and remained pleasant during all conversations.
