Facts: We knew the price going in…read more Furniture was damaged and moving took 11 hours, that should have been a 6 hour job. We are disappointed about the time and damaged furniture, because we went off their stellar reviews. UPDATE: When we went down to the basement, we noticed they put boxes labeled KITCHEN meant for the kitchen. We paid movers to make it easier, not harder and with damaged property on top of it. Because the owner cannot separate emotions from business and favors an employee based on relations. We were hoping they would honor a refund and replace our fireplace. We discovered more damaged furniture, including a very expensive curio. They also left garbage in a closet upstairs, when we paid for removal after moving our furniture. They also left pots in the front of the house. Very disappointed that we paid $1300 for a bad job. UPDATE: Our expensive $1500 dollar table is knicked on one of the chair leg. UPDATE; We now had to hire another mover to haul our trash out that was supposed to be hauled out by The Pink Man. He came over at 6:30pm on Friday, gave us a very reasonable quote to have the carpets and entire house, including appliances, windows and cabinets cleaned. It was a Native American area until the icky Lewis Clark expedition messed up Montana forever, but at least it's still relatively unspoiled unlike most of the US. It's gorgeous and has a huge river with a huge dam, the waterway is coming right through the middle of town and has a big white waterfall, for which the town is named.
