Pink on Main is one of my favorite stores in Upstate South Carolina and one of the best Lilly Pulitzer stores around. We come from Greenville to make a visit to Spartanburg, and this store is one of the main reasons. What a rude and inconsiderate company. I bought a sweater as a gift and from the description and PICTURE where it looked like a cardigan but it was a cardigan dress. I bought it from this company because it was a size medium but the medium "dress" is bigger than the cardigan sweater in large that my friend had tried on at another store. But I did not know this when I ordered it on line. So my friend tried to exchange it and they were rude, unrelenting and mean. I too wrote to them and got no response. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF ESTEEM BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. How sad and embarrassing. Shame on you. read more

Pink on Main was a store I wandered into initially in Aug. of 2019, after moving my daughter to college. What a great find that was. Daughter is no longer in Spartanburg but I'm a customer for life! I ordered face mask from them and I'm very disappointed in them. They are uneven and not stitched very well. I ordered some off Etsy after I ordered the ones from Pink on Main. The two different Etsy orders came in before my local order. The Etsy mask were so cute and very well made. read more

The only reason I gave it one star was because I couldn't give it any less! The lady with short red hair was extremely rude! She should prob get fired. Their jewelry is fake and I just got the same piece from the dollar store. I bought two tops, one had a hole in it when I got home and the other is fretting... My last and only online purchase was for 2 of the face masks. One was for the neutral gender and the other was for a feminine. The ones shown online were assorted print fabric masks. $12 each and a little pricey, but they had just been featured on WSPA. It took my order over 2 weeks to arrive. In the meantime I had left a voice message but no callback was ever received. When I finally got my order in the mail, I was sooooo disappointed in everything about the masks. The fabric was very thin, with no interfacing, the colors received were one SOLID white one SOLID light pink, and neither in a print fabric as indicated online. The stitching and quality were horrible. I wrote a review on their website but sure that it will never be published, as at the time that I wrote mine, there were zero reviews. They now have a policy online (about these masks) that there will be no refunds due to Covid regulations. I agree with another reviewer that I also have gotten masks on Etsy with better quality, way less expensive and much quicker shipping. read more

Excellent customer service! Just called and spoke with a very kind and sweet associate on the phone to inquire about a sold-out item that I had been wanting since I first saw it. I had called multiple corporate and signature stores and could not find it anywhere. The kind and sweet associate was crazy busy with the After Party Sale, but she thoroughly described the hat they have and asked me several questions to make sure it's the hat I wanted.
