Amazing! I have terrible luck with my nails (I rip them apart and my cuticles always bleed.) but my mom recommended that I see Kaytie at Pink Poppy. I'm so glad I went! She took really good care of my nails and cuticles. She was very gentle and thorough. I did a set of black gels and she suggested I get a stamp done. I got a cute little design done on top of my gels. Overall I'm very grateful to have found someone who can make my sad nails/cuticles feel happy again. First off, the vibe of this beauty boutique is wonderful. The space is really pleasant and they have A LOT of colors to choose from. I had a bad experience at one of the bigger nail salons in town. I'm glad I've found Pink Poppy. They care about their client and making sure that you're pleased with the job they've done. I had a Spa Pedicure with Jayelle. She did a wonderful job on my toes. Spoke to Kaytie on the phone and was informed she she only had 1 hour on, one day this week, which can not accommodate acrylics or a manicure. A simple manicure cannot be done in one hour?! THE OWNER DID HER BEST TO WORK ME IN, BUT SHE CHARGES WAY TOO MUCH! I missed having a massage chair while I had my pedicure, but that is what I enjoy, and she had none. Her website said 'SPA PEDICURE" and I thought that meant a massage chair. She charged me for taking my polish off, even though I was putting the same back on, and no one has ever charged me for that, unless I was not having polish put back on. She charges extra for scrubbing the feet also, where I have always had that included with the $80+, yes, $80+ pedicure. My manicure did not last either and my cuticles were rough. Many many add on's. Too expensive for me, as my bill was over $145 for just a pedicure/gel and a manicure/clear polish. I don't mind paying for good service and quality service, but this is NOT that! read more

Kaytie did a beautiful job painting my nails! I wanted an ombré look and she was very patient helping me figure out the colors. The end result is so gorgeous! She was also very accommodating when I realized a few days before our appointment that I needed to reschedule. Looking forward to my next nail appointment already, love being able to have fun nails for the different seasons! I have never had such consistently pretty nails. In addition, my polish from last time held up extremely well and looked as good as the day I got it for three weeks. Kaytie was so nice and my nails look great! There were some issues with the power due to construction on the road, but she was very accommodating and we got my nails done even with that issue. Gel manicure. Gel was uneven on seven of my nails. Careless polish job. Cuticles weren't dealt with. Polish selection slim. Asked for shorter length and was told that wasn't possible with gel (not true, have never had this issue). Gel manicure lasted a week before I had to get it removed. Super expensive for the outcome. I highly recommend Kaytie. I don't live in the area but I was married in Sunriver this February. The day after my wedding I broke a nail and needed it fixed quickly before starting the honeymoon. I found Kaytie on Yelp and she fit me in right away. She matched my broken nail with the others flawlessly. Then, I was in town over the weekend when I had another nail issue and decided to have my fake gel nails removed. Kaytie again fit me in on extremely short notice - this time at her new lovely salon. She gently removed the fake nails and minimized the damage to my real nails. She then gave me a lovely new gel manicure. I would see her all the time if I lived in Bend. read more

Super cute salon with painted little tables, comfy chairs and overall charming appearance. My mom and I didnt have appointments and they were both busy but they fit us in. I got a Shellac mani and my mom got a regular one. We were both pleased with the job they did. The owner, Kaytie, also has some nice skincare products for sale. Im glad to find a cute and conveinent spot on the Westside of Bend. Both katie and Liz were fun to talk to as well. I'll be back for sure :) read more
