If I could give this place a zero I would. I have been with Fabutan since 2015 (multiple locations…read morein BC) and have never experienced such horrible customer service. The red hair girl working this evening (November 14 at 7 pm), Kelsey I believe, is an awful representative for the brand. My friend had an eyelash appointment earlier in the day and mentioned she wanted to get a spray tan later with a friend but we had an event and did not know when it would end. Taylor, booked us in for 6 pm and said that we could come anytime before 8 pm as that was the next appointment. Just before we showed up at 6:45 pm, the red hair girl called and said we are being charged a no show fee. At no point was this mentioned to my friend earlier in the day, especially since she told Taylor that we would be late. If this was the case, we would not have made the appointment. Upon arrival, the girl was cold and said that we could not get a spray tan this evening as the entire night was filled. She then spent the next 25 minutes trying to explain how a business worked in a condescending tone. After she repeatedly cut me off from speaking, I asked for her name, which she refused to provide. I then asked for the contact information of the manager or owner, which again she refused to provide. I then asked how I am supposed to make a complaint and she stated that I could not. My friend and I will not be returning to ANY Fabutan location after this experience. Her staff clearly provided the wrong information to my friend and all we were searching for was a solution, which she failed to provide. I will note that no one entered the spray tan booth for the 25 minutes that she wasted giving us a lecture on profits.

Well priced but still not worth the money. I've been going there for a few years and the last two…read morevisits were awful. First I had booked a quick gel polish appointment, I had called ahead and asked how long the appointment would take so I could feed the parking meter accordingly, 30 minutes they said. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes past my appointment with no indication if I would be seen anytime soon so I informed the girl at the front desk that I would be stepping out for a few minutes to refill my parking meter, I didnt complain or say anything about having to wait so long but for some reason the girl took extreme offence to me saying that and snapped at me that my nail tech would be with me as soon as she could. Then, a friend and I went there a few months back to get nails done for her wedding and had a horrendous experience. The nail tech insisted on GRINDING off her nail polish, she told her repeatedly that it wasn't gel polish just regular lacquer and the tech basically told her to deal with it. At the end of the appointment her set was super bumpy and looked like crap, then we go to pay and the girl says she has to pay $85 because shes an "experienced" nail tech and the prices posted on their website are for the regular nail techs... girl what. Do you nails a favor and take them elsewhere. I recommend Pink with Envy.
