If you are there with an injury you are expected to be dressed and or undressed in less than 10 seconds. I had a number of apointments that day including three at the office. 1 for massage, 1 sauna, and 1 with chyropractor. When i came from the steam room i was told that i had missed my chyropractic appointment. She set the sauna to 1 hour, instead of half an hour and did not see fit to walk down the hall to tell me my time was up. Apparently, while in the same building u are supposed to keep your own time. She was rather angry with me, when i told her she could have knocked on the door and snottily told me that there was a clock on the wall and i should learn to use it. I cannot speak for all the masseus's in the place but i would not see Jenna. She is brutally agressive. She recommended a treatment that she knows nothing about, in my case a cleanse. Being familiar with cleanses i inquired of what type she felt was nessisary in my case and she showed no knowledge of product or what type of cleanse i needed. I have been to her for 3 massages. The first one went well the 2 after i felt more pain than i did when the injury first occured. When i complimented her about the first one she came defensive, when it was meant as a compliment. She said well what did you think would happen!

I was told this would cost 150.00. When I attended my appointment the technician made a decision to chose a different laser machine than I was originally booked in for as per my telephone consult. She lasered my full face and I was charged $350.00 plus tax. I decided to not complain at that time concluding that the treatment should be successful. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, I noticed no improvement in the areas I had initially made the appointment for. I returned to explain my situation about the original quote price, etc., and that I believed I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that I would need numerous treatments for results. The technician pulled up the pre- photos of my face prior to the first treatment, these were taken after the initial prep wiping and cleaning cleaning process creating a redness to my skin and used these photos as a comparison, stating she seen improvements. The technician then proceeded to use a different machine during this return visit on one area of my top lip and my chin and nose and the results were significant, I wish she would have used that machine in the first place. I'm an unsatisfied customer, I was not validated when explaining the misunderstanding in price, nor that I did not receive the results expected. I do not mind paying good money if I get results. I have been getting spider vein laser treatment for 15 years, so I do know what typical and reasonable results look like.

She had some blue or purple highlights in her hair... From the moment I walked in I realized she wasn't in a good mood, but thought nothing of it. When she started using the clippers in my hair, she was clearly in a rush to finish - she was moving them so quickly it was pulling my hair. I asked her to slow down because it was unpleasant, but she didn't care. She continued. After the 2nd time I asked her to slow down, she got extremely annoyed that I was telling her what to do and put the clippers away. She then, as quickly as possible, cut a bit off the top and offered the mirror behind my head so I could see the back - only problem, she wasn't holding it correctly for me to see. When I asked her to adjust so I could see she got angry again. She took about 6 minutes to cut my hair. Even though there were no customers sitting around waiting, she couldn't have gotten me out of that chair faster. Needless to say, I won't be back to this place. Nor will I ever let anyone I know and respect go there. The customer service is terrible and the haircut is mediocre at best.

Stupidly, I decided on the spur of a moment to get all my hair cut, I was worried it looked shabby for the meeting. I went to Kristine. Asked about a long angled bob. LONG. I touched my collarbone. I SHOWED HER FOUR PHOTOS ON PINTEREST. She could do it no problem, she SAID....My hair was below my shoulders long. Five minutes into it I saw the cuts she was making to the back. I asked why it was so short. BOY short. 4 inches left. Too late to stop. She had that "oops" look. I want to sob even typing this. Two years of growth gone. Beautiful long thick hair chopped into layers so thin and chunky and UNEVEN it takes 2 hours to style natural curly or straight, and somehow the angle stops and goes SHORTER in the front.It is a BAD cut. This is a stylist who pretends to listen then does the one cut SHE likes to do, the one she bragged she practices on her aunt. Be damned what you ask for, my sense is she will give you her preference. It's my fault for trusting a low end salon like this. I thought maybe they might actually listen to me instead of trying to be Vidal Sasson. The minute I got into my car after I was in tears and the look on my companion's face said it all. I feel like an 8 year old girl who had gum in her hair and had a hack job instead of the long haired sexy woman I walked into the salon as. Just to add insult to injury she shamed me for the products I used, the henna I favour ( and get many compliments on the colour of!) and tried to sell me b list products.
