I have moved the same furniture for 50 here's from a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and actually had less because Habitat for Humanity picked up a couple couches and dressers and these guys were so inexperienced they dropped my drill bits and sockets all over the garage and driveway never picked them up they stole food and beer from my refrigerator. I have them on camera arriving at 830 but not moving anything until 9:38 they were sitting out there laughing and joking. The only supplies they brought was shrink wrap and I had to go get 8 rolls of packing tape and instead of asking me for the packing tape they took my duck tape ceremony tape for windows and painting tape and used it for boxes that I had to buy. Because of their inexperience in moving they didn't pack the truck right wasted space and charged me to make a second trip because of their old poor performance. I was quoting a price to move me for $1400 I had Alfred come to my house and look at everything and because of his inexperienced moving he took off and left these 3 guys there and apparently retained my credit card information and added another $1800 to the bill. Get your estimate in writing and understand the terms of the agreement before you use this company if I could give him a negative 5 stars for abandoning the job and leaving those clowns to do the work I would and when I told him they stalled food and beer he made light of it as nd brought the sMe 3 guys back. They dented my freezer argued with me about how to get it out the back door. They dented my washer and broke things. This is how they threw my expensive dishes and glasses in a storage shed and I left sis teen packing boxes behind they could have used a lot with 6 more roles of packing tape. It was obvious they didn't care Alfred left the job site. Boxes I had marked to go to proprty were all put in storage. The boxes were all pushed to the back of the story June it with all the heavy furniture in front I was left with no blankets or heater or sheets. My heater in a box I had packed marked with my name they ignored. I had to go to Store and buy over 200 dollars of duplicate items. My real estate lady and I had to go back with our SUVS and load items left in closets. My 50 y/o stereo receiver and record player. Collectibles from Nascar. So much stuff we filled her van too and still left enough stuff we could have filled a 14 ft box truck. It is obvious that Alfred does not know how to appropriately do estimates or it was a bait and switch to get the job. I moved these same items from Daytona Beach to Pensacola then to Mobile in one 26 ft box truck. I have moved over 12 times due to my husband's job. This was poor management and attitudes. Do NOT use any cell phone apt that retains your credit card info. Get it on paper and make sure there is liability insurance for theft and damages.

However, I imagined it would be stacked and organized but it was used as a dumping ground. Lol I'm slowly working through it but its a disaster. Additionally, a lot of boxes were left on their sides instead of top or bottom.. I cannot figure out why, I'm just glad they didn't burst open before I found them and re-stacked them. My mom came down with a 20 ft trailer and we had all of my big ticket items we needed loaded and I had some boxes if they had time. For starters, they got to my place early and hit the ground running. Constant communication of what I needed and where I wanted things. They packed the trailer perfectly and knew we had to go 7-8 hours on the road/interstate to get to my new place. They loaded it all perfectly and efficiently. They didn't complain once and the whole time were happy to do the job. They treated my stuff with the upmost care and were gentle. They got my stuff from upstairs with no problems and didn't even get close to hitting one wall. They tied down everything to the point that nothing would move. They originally moved me into this very townhome so it was fitting they moved me out. They did amazing then and even more so this time. The pricing was absolutely affordable. They had all of my stuff loaded and tied down in an hour and 15 mins. The quote I was given, was exactly what we paid and Mr. Charlie was awesome communicating throughout the entire experience, he even was up on the trailer and working with the guys. I wish I could've taken them with me to move me in. Overall I cannot speak enough positive about them. If you want efficient, gentle, wonderful care with moving, they are who you need to go with. However... this time was a bad experience. We just needed two pieces of gym equipment and a part of a sectional sofa moving from the house to a shed we have converted to a gym. The distance is maybe 200 feet and they carried everything - no vehicle needed. $275 for 15 minutes work (their minimum hourly rate). During their time on site one of them noticed our fruit trees and I gave them a bag so they could take some home. One of them obviously ate one and left the peels scattered in my driveway. When moving the gym equipment, they hit the drywall and created a hole. They said they would repair the hole but not color match/paint the "repair". How is that "repairing" if I am left out of pocket to make their mistake whole? Charlie Weaver admitted it was him who had littered my property, but was adamant that their policy is only to repair the wall, not make it to how it was before they arrived. When I mentioned the $275 for 15 minutes work, he said it included the hour round trip for his crew. The policy/contract says that the clock only starts when they arrive - why would I pay for their time/gas before they arrive? If you are in the moving business the cost of getting to a job site is part of your business overhead. When talking to Charlie I expressed several times that "repair" means making things whole. He hung up on me. He sent me a copy of the contract which states "repair only" but those words were in a different font and spacing from the rest of the contract. Definitely will not be using them again.

I move every year, same things, maybe less. It's a one bedroom apartment and it took them 11 hours and over $1,000. First off, they were late!! I received multiple text messages apologizing for the tardiness. Started from 8am, then ended up at 11am. They bill in 15 minute increments, and wanted to bill me for being on the phone with them at 10:45 telling them where to go by 11am. They spent more time on the phone with their boss, Walter, talking about the move than actually moving things. I would walk outside and see them just standing outside on the phone, not moving anything. At one point I myself moved ALL of the boxes and literally placed them in front of the elevator for them and they still could not move fast enough. Then they spent one hour trying to dissemble my bed frame because they could not carry it, this bedframe has never been taken apart before. Then they dropped the bedframe!!
