My mom's beautiful furniture was damaged and thrown into the garage in a hurry. Before they even started moving, they argued with my mom about paying $180 per hour upfront. My mother eventually called me crying. Two men arrived, apparently decided the job was going to take too long, and then began slinging and throwing her belongings right in front of her. What kind of treatment and customer service is that? When my mom asked about the damaged furniture, she was simply told to call the claims department. This is heartbreaking. My mom is now left with her beautiful, new furniture damaged inside her home, with additional belongings sitting damaged in her garage, and she is left not knowing what to do next.
