I had a disappointing experience with HD Clean. I scheduled my window cleaning for first thing in…read morethe morning, May 13, six weeks in advance. I received calls from Antonia changing my appointment two times. HD Clean was scheduled to arrive on May 15 between 1-3PM. They finally arrived about 4PM. When Kevin was finished, I expressed my disappointment in the results. Eighty percent of the windows were not clean and some looked like they had never been touched. He indicated that he really tried to get them clean, and I paid him $340. After he left, my disappointment grew. The next morning, I text Antonia letting them know how disappointed I was in their service. Proceeding the text, I received a call quickly. Both had a very defensive attitude. I told them, I would have like to be alerted if they were having issues getting them cleaned. Antonia began rudely yelling at me for a length of time, then said they would come out same day and restore my windows? I told her that based on the way she handled my complaint, I did not want them back at my house. She then hung up on me. A few hours later, I received a text saying they would come out to remove hard water stains at $200 +. I don't know if it's hard water stains. They are the expert and should tell me. Again, I wouldn't have them back not because the windows aren't clean but the rude attitude and yelling.
