He gave us a detailed, accurate estimate, build plan, and supply list. He walked us through all the options for construction and modified his plan to suit our requests. When it arrived, he took inventory and worked out missing items with the supplier (their fault). Jake has a superb work ethic, and is honest as the day is long.
