Even after making three payments to them (of $300) for the vehicle, I'm not even in their system!! They need to seriously figure their s**t out if they are going to continue to offer vehicle loans. This is ridiculous. I just had to miss a day of school (I pay $100 a day for this school) to come here and figure out all the little details! AND I had to take my own paperwork to the tax office just to get my plates, because the bank wouldn't give me a temporary plate till my real ones came in!

They will not loan any reasonable money on anything older than 2yrs(guess we should all drive cheapass Focus and Hyundai). They close their lobby@1700..... What is this 1982?! Takes nearly a week to withdraw a deposited check from Fidelity(Emphasis on FIDELITY!) Withdrawing my money and closing my account. Folks, do yourself a favor and SHOP your CUs. This place functions more like a Wells Fargo than a true Credit Union. When you join a REAL CU, you will understand what Im saying.
