Our 4th offer (on our favorite house that really felt like home) got accepted after seeing 52 total homes over 2 months!  We had a superfast close, but Danny made sure it all happened smoothly.  Between him and his team at Luxe Realty Group we were in great hands!  It felt like he worked around the clock to make sure everything fell into place exactly how it needed to, and we are SO grateful to him. Bottom line - if you are going to buy a house in this market that is super unpredictable and crazy, go with Danny Hardt!  Whether if you're a first-time buyer, buyer or a seller, he makes an overwhelming process that feels like (and possibly is) the biggest purchase of your life, feel very doable and smooth.  Beyond that he sees you as a person and a family and treats the entire process as if it was his own family searching for their home.  After working with Danny for 2 months I can honestly say that while I am SO relieved to be in our home and no longer searching, I will miss his upbeat phone calls, text messages and emails.  His energy, humor, and positivity are exactly what we needed during this process!
