Used them for a bachelorette party last weekend and would recommend! I got quotes from quite a few party bus companies but chose pinnacle because of their website and good customer service when trying to book/pay for the bus. I thought that the price was very fair. It was similar or cheaper than the other quotes I received. Stephanie was our bus driver. She was nice, on time, and very responsive to communication and a couple quick changes that we had. No issues with the bus- it was clean, sound system worked well, they provided ice and cups, etc. if you're looking for a bus company but not sure which options to trust, this one is very reliable. read more

Excellent service! We were arriving quite late (early) at XNA and were nervous about being able to find a taxi or uber at that time. Pinnacle was recommended to me, and I called to book service. They were extremely professional. We confirmed our arrival time and flight number. I was emailed confirmation of our reservation, and the following day I was sent contact information for our driver. At one point during our flight, it looked as if our driver needed to be switched out, and we were sent the contact information of the new driver. As it turns out, our original driver was able to pick us up and there was a text informing us of that when we landed. He was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator; helped us retrieve our luggage at baggage claim, and got us right to our home. No hitches or hiccups whatsoever; our driver Vini was very courteous. I highly recommend using this service. Worth every penny. read more

Shout out to Vini, my Pinnacle Car Service driver Tuesday night!! It was late. I had flown that day from Madrid, Spain to NW Arkansas. 3 flights and I was beat! What a relief to see Vini with a sign with my name on it and his eagerness to help with my luggage (which was not small). I could not be happier with the service we received, when booking for my son's wedding in Van Buren. Every person I spoke with on the phone and emailed with was professional, quick to respond and followed up to confirm. The driver arrived at the church, and later for the getaway at the end of the reception, right on time, if not a few minutes early. He had mapped out the route and even planned a surprise photo stop at the end of the evening for the bride and groom(at the University of Arkansas, where they met) Pinnacle Car Service was exactly what I was looking for! read more

I called on November 7th to reserved a limousine for November 26 to be used for 7 hours. At the time I made the reservation, no mention of a non-refundable deposit made. No mention of a cancellation policy was made. I asked about the cancellation policy and I was told that I had to cancel two weeks prior to the reservation date (no specific date was given, but 2 weeks prior would be November 12). My plans abruptly changed the very next day, November 8, due to unforeseen circumstances. I called to cancel the limousine service and was told at the time that the deposit is non-refundable. At no time prior to my making the reservation was I advised of a non-refundable deposit. The company's website doesn't list a non-refundable deposit on any web page of it's site. There is no mention of a non-refundable deposit anywhere. I asked to speak to the owner and he is, predictably, not available. I have filed a complaint with the BBB for unfair business practices. I will also file a dispute with my credit card company for services not rendered. read more

I wanted to hire them to pick me up after my wedding and take me down the street to my hotel at the square. They quoted me my point-to-point fee at $70+gratuity=$80. Then, I immediately received an email after they saw the pickup address was a ballroom, that doubled the fee to $160-they said this is the "wedding fee". I called and spoke to someone there that told me b/c it is a wedding, they double the fee, even though the wedding will be over, and it is the same exact distance as before. Also, she was not very friendly on the phone. Highly disappointed that this company wants to take advantage, just bc you are planning a wedding. read more

We asked the cab driver if he had regular cab rates.. He said yes, then after a short 5 minute drive to our destination he tells us it's a $40 flat rate.. Forget this place.. They should be upfront about their rates, but after our complaint.. We learn that the drivers are told not to.. If we could give them no stars.. WE WOULD! read more

We reserved a limo for or wedding party back in February for our September wedding, paid our deposit, and were just told today (in July) that they have double booked our limo and wont be providing our transportation. But oh boy, they'll "upgrade" us to a passenger van! No, absolutely not ok. We booked way ahead of time to avoid this issue, and if they double booked us after we booked they should be "upgrading" the other party. If the limo was in fact already booked when we inquired and paid our deposit, they should have told us they didn't have any limo availability. Wedding planning is stressful enough as it is without this added hassle. Their customer service is atrocious and they're incredibly unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and if you're looking for a wedding limo, stay far away from this company. read more

My flight was delayed which meant a change in arrival time-they were very accommodating and gave good info on restaurants in town.

They gave us one estimate and then charged us three times the amount, when we tried to contact them they avoided us at all costs and when we got ahold of them they were very rude and disrespectful horrible customer service! I will NEVER use them again! read more

This has been a trip from hell. The drivers have yet to get us to a destination without getting lost. The air conditioning is broken and the bus is actually 92 degrees. We had an 8.5 hour trip from Fayetteville to Austin and by taking these charters it turned into nearly a 12 hour trip because the drivers choose to stop whenever they want. Our bus driver was the last one back to our sauna of a bus because she was shopping at bucees for over an hour. I've been on many different charter buses and understand things take somewhat longer than usual because of the amount of people you have to rally, however this has been significantly worse of a trip than any I've ever been a part of. I even downloaded the yelp app (which I have never been so unsatisfied with a service before to do) so I could write this and hopefully save some poor souls from making a decision that would turn a fun trip into a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

I am severely disappointed in the level of service the group experienced. We took a trip from Fayetteville, AR to Austin, TX and words can't put horrific our journey was. For starters our drivers were unable to make any leg of the trip without getting lost. We stayed about 20 minutes from 6th street and it took us almost an hour to get there from our hotel due to the incompetency of the drivers ending up in residential neighborhoods. Also after the first night one bus smelled absolutely morbid and nothing was done about it. As of the writing of this the bus still smells like shit. Fast forward to or return journey, everyone very excited to return home. We made the first unwarranted stop AN HOUR OUTSIDE OF AUSTIN AT BUCCEES FOR AN HOUR BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS SHOPPING(HAD AN ACTUAL SHOPPING CART FULL OF STUFF). This was highly unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore after leaving, the bus that doesn't smell like shit had the AC go out. We didn't skimp on the buses and got the best ones Pinnacle had to offer. A 8-9 hour car ride with 50 people and no AC. Fast forward about 2 hours and we made another unwarranted stop amounting to another hour in the middle of nowhere so the driver could eat Jack in the Box. An hour for fast food. An hour for fast food. Fast forward another 3 hours and we just turn onto I-40, ah at last hope, nearing the light at the end of the tunnel. Haha nope. Stopped in Checotah, OK. After we specifically asked the bus driver to stop making stops because we agreed as a group to suck it up and get this trip from hell over. The bus driver has gone rogue. Will be spreading word around the NWA area and any RSO at the University of Arkansas to stray as far as you can from this business. If you are reading this, it's not to late. Save. Yourself. read more
